Malaysia- Outside Abhinav's Place:
Kkusum goes to her car… She finds a gift on the front seat… She opens it and finds a gun from Imran… She is shocked… She goes to the party along with Abhinav…
Mr Raichand's Residence:
The security is about to check Kkusum's purse when a guy comes and says that she is a special guest of Mr Raichand and so they let her in without checking… Kkusum looks relieved…
They go inside and wish Mr &Mrs Raichand a very happy anniversary… Mr and Mrs Raichand say that they know that it's their wedding anniversary as well so they will all celebrate it together… Kkusum and Abhinav look uncomfortable…
Abhinav's Place:
Imran comes to see Abhay… He says that since Abhay was alone, he thought he'd come and show him something… He plays a tape on TV… Abhay is shocked to see Kkusum giving him injection at the hospital, and then going the party with Abhinav… Abhay says that his Kkusum cannot do anything like this… Imran tells him that Kkusum was the one who made him 'pagal' and then was having fun with Abhinav… The tape also has the scene where Abhinav is putting mangalsutar on Kkusum's neck, and the scene when Kkusum brings Abhinav when he was drunk and she is putting him to bed… Abhay is shocked but he says that he is not going to listen to Imran… Imran says that even today she went out with Abhinav… Abhay asks him to leave… Imran says that he knew Abhay won't believe him and so he asks him to come with him…
Mr Raichand's Party:
Mr and Mrs Raichand cut the cake and then ask Kkusum and Abhinav to cut it as well… Abhay comes there and is very upset to see this… Then, everyone dance…
Imran calls Kkusum and says that she should not forget the work while watching the dance… Kkusum says that it means that Imran is there somewhere…
A waiter adds something to the drinks and serves it to Abhinav and Kkusum… Kkusum feels giddy and puts her head on Abhinav's shoulder… Abhinav takes her upstairs… Abhay follows them but the security stops him… A little later he manages to go upstairs and is very upset to see Abhinav and Kkusum in bed… Abhay is very upset… Tanhayee song(from dil chata hai) plays in the background… Abhay has all the flashbacks…
Kkusum's cell phone rings… She gets up and sees Abhinav lying on the sofa… She goes and wakes him up… She asks him how come they were there… He says that she got unconscious and so he brought her here but doesn't know how he felt asleep… Imran calls Kkusum and asks her to act soon as the party will be over in 15 minutes…
Abhinav and Kkusum come downstairs… Kkusum standing on the stairs take out the gun and hide it underneath her purse… She is about to shoot when the lights go off and we hear a shot… In the next scene we see that Mr Raichand is lying on the floor with his wife, Kkusum, and Abhinav around him… The security asks no one to leave… They check everyone including Kkusum and Abhinav… They find nothing and let them go… Imran sees them and says that although she did this work to save her husband but she did it much better than Swati… Kkusum asks him if he was done talking… Imran says that today their relationship ends because she did the work and now he will let Kkusum and her husband free… Kkusum says that how can this relationship end now… She says that she invited some of his relatives to meet him… Imran looks surprised… Then, we see Mr and Mrs Raichand coming downstairs and the security guards surround Imran…
