Does anyone know what does Abeer do for a living?

Guys, does anyone know what did Abeer do for a living in Dharamshala? I missed out a couple of episodes when the show started. I'm guessing he helps Masso in her herbal business.

They should not have shown him trying to find a job or opening an another studio in Mumbai now that he and his family(though coming slowly) has been transferred to this new city.

When was it shown that Abeer is a photographer? Kerim was a blacksmith. I think makers changed blacksmith to photography because Indian viewers are used to see male leads only as businessman female lead maid bhi chalegi. So they changed blacksmith to atleast photography.
