Today's episode was disappointing to me on the front of Neil.

How can he be so double faced.
He's being friendly with Ananya just for the sake of that Case.
Felt really bad for Avni cz seems like she's genuinely involved in this friendship.

How can u do this Neil?
At one point you r standing against your family for Ananya and I had lots of respect for you but in the next scene he claims to hv been using avni's friendship.
Not fair!!!

Though the episode had lots of avneil scenes...I kept thinking abt Neil's words and cud not enjoy!!

I know that's the forefront of the friendship. He's trying to be closer to Avni to get to her truth.

But he himself doesn't realise that the friendship is fake. He gets dissapointed in her when she does things he doesn't believe in. He got mad at Aman (Amol), straight away when Aman badmouthed Ananya. Neil's response to the insults, shows he respects Ananya, even if he doesn't himself realise it.

She's the case to him, she's not part of any case because he doesn't have any proof on her. He wants to know what her truth is.

But he does things for her that he wouldn't do just for the case, he didn't need to stand up for Avni in front of his parents, she wasn't even there when he fought with everyone for her. He didn't stop the jar from falling because of the case either, or the cookie scene.

Him spending time with her is the act, not their moments. He himself just doesn't realise it yet.

Your thought are wonderfully written and expressed. Agreed with what you said. Most of the things he does for ananya is because of his genuine respect and care for her, and not because he wants to gain her trust.

Poor avni thinks they hv started to understand each other and he's playing with her mind.

He doesn't trust her though. Whenever he begins to try, Avni does something for her to complete her plan that makes him remain suspicious.

Like I think he genuinely would have tried to forge a friendship with Avni when the first said they would when DD coerced them to do so...if it wasn't for Avni releasing Aman from jail that quickly considering Amol just kidnapped her mother.

I know it would have been better is if he genuinely did try being her friend and get to know her truth but that would still be an intentional friendship.

But I agree that I think Avni will be disappointed and will feel betrayed when she finds out Neil's true intentions.

manaa ki he is obedient police officer but that doesnt mean u play with other person emotions and feelings... 😡😡

He cant cheat Avni in the name frindship.. she is already cheated by her father not again by a friend...

Guys calm down. We should be happy that AvNeil love story is not fast pace. Neil genuinely respects Avni but he doesnt realize it or dont want to realize it.

We need to have patience. Neil spoke up for Ananya and that was real. He wasn't faking. He just dont want to admit that he feels something for Ananya. Although he says he's using her but he's not because he ends up helping her every time. So have patience

Even Avni is not genuinely friends with Neil when Avni befriend Neil she said she had to do this & one day Neil will understand why she is doing all this
