😃 hummm... it was so obvious from the first scene..

1. Pot luck 🤣. Am liking Mina and her obsession with money,

gold,good looks... nthn changed from dabh except for the fact that she has become more genuine, compassionate and affable.. esp with suraj Sandhya's kids. Their bond is heartwarming.

ohhh me to like Meena.. she's the golden touch from the past and old is gold

2. The one reason am unable to ignore US is his normal-cy despite of being the lamp bearer of community, religion and what not...I enjoyed that scene when he teased Kanak over the mosquito thing when she was explaining Maasi sa about the pazeb was bothering her 😆. A similar scene was the one after the bathroom night. In the morning he says "waise toh snaan ho chuka tumhara" 😆. Am loving this normal husband thing about him. He isn't shy to express his regards, respect, care and love.

its like he takes things for granted... totally ignores how he married her in social terms.. but then he puts it down to the gods.

3. Another thing hammie, you might be feeling disconnected with Rathis for a while cz the story basically revolves around US and Kanak. The tym when they fall in one place with Rathis and US's family it's gonna be fireworks.

hain ? you reckon they'll end of in Pushkar?..

4. Paulomi is going with them for Shuddikaran as Kanak sought permission. Aane dijiye n blah blah. A clear indication that Kanak will be the medium in bringing out the truth in front of US.

if this is what happens today.. me haven't watched it yet... so she is going too.. the triangle formula..

5. US has lost his rationality in "ishwar ke sanket" diraame... and his complaints of how Kanak doesn't give clarity are all futile. The man needs to rise above his own world. This is where Maasi sa scores a brownie point... US is way too simple and exact opposite of what Kanak thinks.

why can't he remain a celibate?? now that would be really giving up his worldy desires for the spirit... to serve the lord..

6. There was an interesting dialogue in previous episodes when US is keeping the gift of his wife in the cupboard Maasi sa comes up. "Iss ghar mein sochne ka kaam uma Kare hai". And that everyone follows his schedules. In no time I see this as reversed 😆

now he in a hurry to act...

7. My assumption of venue of purification was always Kerala. And it is indeed Kerala... 😃. The journey once again replicates. Previously it was Kerala ( community marriage), Pushkar ( shop) and then Ladno (home). I see this repeating once again 😃.

8. I hope Kanak escapes. I really want this to happen. It's very important for US to understand that not everyone is going to follow his decisions and actions. A clear reverse therapy can be deduced. First, in Pushkar after the shop work, US decided to take Payal. Will this second journey be the return of Payal ?

yes totally agree.. she's got what she wants.. hates what the guy did.. so she

9. What remains is will Kanak be able to escape? And if she does is she able to take correct action in right time? Cz Bhabho's signature on the papers have ruined everything. As Gabbasa was going to come back to Pushkar after 15 days from their meet. Kanak has got time if she escapes.

10. The 65th anniversary of the shop holds up smthn. I think a big drama will happen. Either some legal stuff or US reaching there or US kanak spotting each other.. So yeah 7 justified 😉

11. The show is maintaining the characterizations well. Have been writing a book so the idea of dealing with different characters, different places and different families is a big challenge and cvs by far are doing it pretty decently .

12. How my hands itch to write a poetry on these two but I can't see that needed depth yet. Maybe we'll get that once both are fighting for the shop 😉

@bold red DABH was about Pushkar. DABH 2 is about Kanak Mishthan bhandaar. Plus if a blind leader is getting things right, followers shouldnt be left behind 😆. Plus the shop can't be taken to Ladno. I believe it will be Pushkar again for all. But how when I have no idea.

you are probably right.. I want to see Kanak running and managing the shop..

Another thing about US which I always forget while writing. His knowledge can't be challenged. And here I remember a dialogue of Krishna from SP Mahabharat. "Manushya sada hi apni buddhi aur paristhiti ke anusar arth grahan karta hai. Megh girte hai toh mor naachta hai par papiha rota. Kehne wale ka arth toh koi buddhimaan hi grahan kar Sakta hai". This is my most favorite line. And it fits so well in the scene where Uma is explaining Payal. Without his knowledge there's someone else who's listening him. And see the difference!! Same words, different people and different decisions. Payal should have rebelled then. Kanak on the other hand chose what was right. Uma was tgere to stop Payal from ending her life but he himself became the reason of killing her. well quoted... yes.. payal and kanak.. different kettle of fish..
scene was shot so well... Ekdum paradox!! After the lecture, Kanak is actually flying free. Running, smiling, dancing.. but at the other end payal is tied up. Tied up to a photo, tied up to expectations, tied up to hopes... Hopes exist in both cases but one was boundless and other was bounded. Bounded because payal has only 2 options: to wait for Aditya or to live life of a widow. yes... what a waste.. would be interesting to see if he tries to swamp kanak with his knowledge... something tells me he will give a keen ear to what she tells him..

And this scene was not a comparison of understandings of Payal and Kanak. Cvs very cleverly overlapped US's mentality with Payal.

yes its interesting to watch.. this is why the show has substance..

US has knowledge let's say theoretical stuff but applications are zero. And this is what these both will complete in each other. One knowledge and the other action. It's important for Kanak to succeed in the escape even if her ways were wrong.

kanak... has had tough life experiences which I suspect , helps her to think outside the box, and thus apply her knowledge... as you point out.. thanks for some more engaging points... love hammie

Those 2 things gave some blur idea that US won't hesitate to learn new things.. Maybe nobody ever dared to cross him till date... Time will tell what will happen...

I wonder if his willingness to learn is sincere?

Kanak is like Suraj Hammie. They have done the casting so perfectly. Anas and Rhea. Long face, left handed, fair complexion and more than anything jalebis... Kanak is going to take Suraj's legacy forward so I believe she'll run the shop and like diya aur baati US will end up with her. I recall his words when she had refused to enter the house. He said no matter what this relation is for 7 births and I'll stand with you till you don't accept this change by heart. These lines weren't limited to the ritual but a foreshadowing. I guess maybe US will shift as a tenant at Mina's place 😉

have to jog my memory about dear Suraj.. I recall he was soft spoken and perfect gentleman.. hain..US moving to Meena's as a PG ...ohhhmy gawwddd she will drive him bonkers!😆
