I used to think Pawania and Bajwa were merely family names but then who were those people who wanted to marry each other straight after the ten year leap? The Bajwa girl and the Pawania boy? They obviously weren't from Raj and Manu's immediate family so who were they? Distant cousins and therefore members of the clan? Or is it more like a caste? Confused 😕

Pawania and bajwa are there family name. The those two couple who wanted to marry after leap were from there clan
