problem watching KTBM episodes

I usually never make a topic, but I am kind of frustrated now by not being able to watch alle the epidodes on the AltBalaji app and website. I have a subscription for 3 months, emailed AltBalaji about this problem, but have not received any reply from them. I can't watch any epidode after the 3rd episode. The episode starts for 5 second and then just stops. This is not just for KTBM show, it is for all the shows. 😡

I live in Europe and have a very good internet connection, so it can't be that.

Does anyone else have this problem?

yes dear i too have the same prob

I've mailed them but no response from them after certain stage

but they did suggest to watch in another browser and its somewhat working ( though there is interruptions)

for firefox they suggested to download microsof silver light plugins

you can try that

But i watched it on another phone.
I have mailed too technical team is trying to fix yet.

I am facing this problem when I download episodes
I complaint them and they asked me my phone specifications
I mailed n dey mailed back k 48 hrs mai fix karenge
