This may be a stupid question but did Arjuns mum actually have a heart attack or was that part of the plan aswell

Somehow, I feel Maya will come to know about the plan & Vandana will be in danger...This show relies so much on pundits predictions n symbolisms...The Mauritius pundit had said that Arjun's family would fall into deep trouble because if Maaya...

Ayan is already in trouble, & Vandana is in danger zone..
