So who asked not to love her? And who is making a scene or arguing?? Maya is a fictional character and you wrote that her POV so others are bound to revert with their opinion

From Maya's POV, everything she does is justified for obvious reasons. But I don't want to even hear them as for me, it's either right or wrong that matters and Maya is wrong.

Maya is always right as per her own POV. 😆 No points in guessing that. But she is wrong in lot of things and right in lot of things. As much as I sympathise with her traumatic childhood, I never turn the blind eye of her wrong actions. Whether her suffocating obsession for Arjun or putting Ayan behind the bars for rape attempt ( technically its physical assault) or separating Arjun from his family and making him completely alone.No doubt in that she is manipulative and extreme personality. People does bad things to her but her reaction in punishing and defending herself is extreme and dangerous. People create the situation and she twist them in her own favour. Maya is surrounded by some real fools who knowing Maya that she is dangerous never tackle her with brain. Whether its saanjh, Ayan or vandana, who are always" on her face" that aggravate her anger more. That's why I like the tussle between Ashwin and Maya becoz Ashwin is the only one who can really give a tough competition to Maya.

Problem with Maya is that there is no one in her life who can make her see the right path. Arjun is pretty much incapable of that because he himself doesn't know what is right and wrong🤣. A weak mother and badass father. No distant relative or even a friend. She is entirely alone and on her own. Moreb than romance she need a parental figure who can guide her.

P.S - Most of the people like Maya not becoz they are sympathetic with her because if it would have been in real life than life would be a real hell. People like Maya because she makes the show interesting and she is intriguing and complex character. She is different than stereotype goody two shoes FL of Indian TV shows .

Of course Maya has solved 90% of her problems, but there's others who now find themselves in troublesome situations. What Maya did wasn't right, perhaps, as you say, from her point of view it wasn't entirely wrong either, but it's not like something being wrong would stop Maya from doing it. Ayaan seemed like the only character who genuinely liked Maya back in the day, it's sad that out of all people she chose him..

I completely agree with your point of ashwin.

Ashwin once said that maya needs to have the feeling of fear. At that time no one thought that this feeling would actually control her obsessive behaviour.

Ashwin played an amazing part, why did he left? No idea. He was indeed better in handling maya than anyone else in her life.

I really wish he was there in season 2 as well.
