Has anyone ever seen a case where the defendant does not get questioned? This whole sequence was a complete sham, much worse than I thought it was initially.

IDK about this show sometimes only for jemnifer i gi. through comments here. bt in rape cases the victim sometimes be forced to show her bruises. yes medical examination will be conducted and that report will be submitted bt un some cases if juge feels that victim is falsely framing case then they go with procedure bt it happens only in closed doors only judge (female) & dr will be present bt this is serial they r showing this. bt I feel the other lawyer she seens to be villian
