and at the end of the day it is a 2 way story, when saanjh stated what happened in mayas house about her putting the key in her clothes, pushing ayaan leg etc that was ayaans side of the story

mayas side of the story has not been revelead yet. also one of the forum members mentioned when maya was stripping naked, ayaan seemed tensed as if he knows something, maybe there is more to the story hence why she has inner body wounds.
you might think im being baised here but honestly speaking even i accept it was all planned by her but still giving my point of view and about why ayaan seemed tensed i guess we will find out tomorrow or probably he was just scared that maya will trap him

It only proves Maya is dumb and stupid. It doesn't show her as an intelligent party at all lol. Forensic analysis can easily prove if the wounds are self-inflicted or not. So again by making a spectacle of herself, she's doing nothing but jeopardizing her stand further more. There are so many different ways the prosecutor could have redirected the course of the deposition by objecting to Saanjh's arguments by counter arguing about Ayaan's history and flings and thereby painting him as a lose character for argument's sake just like how Saanjh was tarnishing Maya's image in public. By making Maya do this in front of everybody, they are butchering the character's own intelligent characterization. Which victim of sexual assault would be mentally prepared to strip in front of a whole gawking audience in a courthouse?

She's a human too, and in reality close blood relatives of the accused are forbidden from representing them in a court of law due to conflict of interest. Saanjh is pretty much a family so to speak and so you can see emotions flare up during a heated trial. But see the bigger picture! Maya is obviously framing Ayaan and she needs to be punished. So what does it matter how Saanjh goes about doing it?

^Yup Maya is framing ayan i never denied it. But she was assaulted also so ayan should also be punished with maya.

Coming to sanjh as i have said before she is not behaving like a lawyer at all and i feel she is taking out her personal hatred against maya. That's my opinion. Aneri needs to tone down a little bit. The way she is smiling/Screaming and bringing back their past in court it look like she is on some sort of vengeance 😆 Maybe it's her acting or whatever but it does make her look negative.

Maya was assaulted so maybe she would have thought it's an attempt to rape considering all the shit ayan said to her. But she is Maya and manipulates things for her benefit so she must have thought why not frame him?
My main point is ayan shouldn't have man handled her ( Yes she manipulated the entire thing ) but assault indeed happened which is wrong IMO

Yes that chipku is a moron of trying to defame Maya she is actually a Pycho in disguise she is possessive in disguise she wants Arya to be separated if she was a good citizen and a good lawyer she should have first got her self arrested for killing a unborn child which is also a crime . For trying to kiss her friend whose has a pregnant wife waiting at home ,for dancing so vulgarly and trying to seperate 2 lovers. From stopping a eye witness to come for the court case .She needs to be arrested .and first of all a bad lawyer

hey guys saanj is not just a lawyer, she knows Ayaans family very well. so if she is not letting Samay to appear in court, their is a obvious reason that she personally knows that Maya is Stupid Moron bitch who have used so many lies in her life and this time she can't get away from her misdeeds. maya ke pappo ka ghara bhar gaya...
