Is kangana a snake(Naagin)?

Omg don't tell me that she's not a human but a snake? I can't even imagine lol. What's happening to the show? The writers have completely lost it. Sara Khan is a very talented actress but not liking her as kangana.
Ps: I'm saying this because the cop in the precap was saying that the guy died by a snakebite? I'm not watching this show regularly so maybe I'm missing on something?
