Malharrao Holkar was abt 5/6 yrs older than Baji...He was one of the loyalist to Shahuji, and served through Baji, then Nanasaheb (Baji's son), and 1st Madhavrao's regime..

he was known as one of the most brave and shrewd yet kindhearted person...one of the most respected personalities
