First of all... yeh kya bakwaas hai? A rapist's parents, relatives, significant others would NEVER think that that he/she would do such a thing. So Saanjh's argument was WEAK and IDIOTIC. You can't simply say "yeh aacha insaan hai" yaar, soch toh logh ki badaal sakti hai-- EVEN if they are your own blood and you've known them for a long time. That evidence was weak and flawed. Like seriously Saanjh, that evidence is BS, you can't conclude that "Ayaan ek aacha dost hai, colleague, etc." like what pagal court-case believes "evidence" like that? Saanjh literally acted like that evidence was the best and she did so well in proving his innocence, PATHETIC.

There were simply so many baseless facts (more opinionated) it's actually embarrassing.

**ALSO, I am NOT calling Ayaan a rapist at all, I'm just saying in general. I personally don't think his intentions were to rape Maya, but rather he was in such a drunken state he acted out of brutality since he views Maya as a janwaar pretty much. Also, there were clear verbal threats he had said to Maya, so no one should deny that aspect either. (BUT, drunkeness does NOT suffice for your actions. You're responsible for your actions, regardless of what state you are in).

But I do have to say, Aneri's acting has gotten better and she is seen stronger and bolder and I like this much better than her being Arjun ki Dusky. So props to her for being able to handle this!

As per usual, Jenny's acting was on point. She didn't have much to say in this episode, though her expressions were perfect.

Kaushal seems to be improving in acting, but there were some parts of overreacting (especially when he seemed to be fighting with Saanjh instead of trying to defend Maya)

Yes, the acting of both kushal and aneri has improved. Jennifer is obviously the best. Other than that nothing was logical today. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

This is was sanjh first case ever. And that too opposite maya.
How could you possible think of her talking logical

I don't think that a BS argument at all.

See saying that Ayaan was a good guy, a good brother, a good colleague and a good person in general..this is not an evidence but a point ! A point that Ayaan doesn't have a criminal background, was never accused of any such act or any similar act earlier...He is a guy with a clean record...So, if majority of people believe and vouch that he is a good guy then there might be a possibility that what Ayaan is saying is true..That was the reason Saanjh asked all those people about Ayaan...Them vouching for him doesn't mean he is innocent but it means that in gemeral he is a good guy and there is a possibility that he is saying the truth

When it comes to such cases the background history of the accused is put forward in front of the court to establish what kind of a person the accused is.

Same way Saanjh put forward Maya's personal life like how she is as a wife, as a boss to put across the point that she is a controlling woman, she is capable of lying..Yes saying that Maya could have handled the situation was SILLY but to put forward what Maya had done as a wife, as a boss is not degrading her but simply putting facts before the law.

The reason was simple - to tell the court that Maya is not an ordinary woman, she is very much capable of lying and manipulating...She can tie her husband , put cameras everywhere..this shows how possessive and controlling she is when it comes to Arjun...Her behaviour proves that it is not far fetched if Saanjh and Ayaan are saying that Maya is lying and falsely accusing of rape attempt...These are not Saanjh's assumptions or fabricated lies but facts which had to be put in front of the judge.

Now I am not saying that Ayaan is innocent...he should have let go the moment he saw Maya put the keys in her blouse.

But all these points were important to be put in front of the judge by Saanjh.

But the court hearing in general was really dramatic and unreal 😆 Maya's lawyer God knows what he was doing the entire time😆 and today Maya stripping to show marks on her body is far fetched to say the least..UNREAL..I mean medical examination was done...FOR WHAT ! The reports would have been submitted by in the court then why to show something so unreal.

Makers are just trying to spice up things when this case should have been handled in a sensiblemanner
