maya should expose saanjh in the court

Maya should reveal in the court that saanjh loves arjun . And how she became a cry baby after mayas n arjun relationship. When ever she use to see them together she use to shed tears. Also maya should expose how saanjh had called arjun in the bar by lying to maya even when she was pregnant and had tried to kiss arjun. And how she killed thier baby . It will reveal saanjhs motive of fighting this case. If saajh is not thinking about relations and about the respect of another women then why maya and arjun are hiding her wrong doings . Also arjun should reveal in the court ayaan one night standss and also the drug case that was closed due to maya.
When saanjh is being so shameless and has forgotten all relations of dusky and duffer even maya and arjun should forget and reveal everything about saanjh and ayaan.
PS i want to see the face of simmi and her parents and also VM when ayaan one night stands n all will come in front of the court...poor simmi

Yeah, I just saw the new promo, although I haven't seen the episodes yet. Saanjh behaviour in court was totally uncalled for and I am sorry to say this but I am disappointed as I didn't think Saanjh will stoop to such low standards just to take revenge from Maya.

What does all this prove? How is any of this related to this case? This case is about attempt of rape accusation on Ayaan by Maya. So here Maya is victim and Ayaan is accused.. So lawyer from each side will be using some facts and some theory to prove their point. Now what does it have to do with why saanjh took the case? She is professional lawyer with degree so she is eligible to fight the case.. Now why she is doing this and her motive doesn't prove anything in court:.. Most of the lawyer just fight case for money even if they dnt belive in their client.. Here saanjh believes in Ayaan, now of her beliefs are true or false nobody can't say but she believes so. Digging up saanjh past won't prove anything in court but Maya's and Ayana past is important part of the case.

It is supposed to be a rape case then what was the need to drag all the forgotten issues in this case? Contrary to what you would expect of a professional lawyer, she has made this case personal and now don't blame Maya if she takes this to next level. I am deeply appalled at the diversion tactics since this amounts to justifying sexual assault by blaming the character of victim. This clearly indicates the animosity she has buried inside her for Maya.

But I think one thing that will be good is that we will get to see the real faces of all characters soon. So many secrtes to be revealed in coming days.

In the court room drama her every word and every taunt reflected the amount of hatred and jealousy she has for maya in her heart. i guess in this serial all characters are grey and all have their beyhadh sides . We had seem beyhadh side only of maya. Maybe this is saanjh beyhadh hatred for maya . She is turning out to be the real villian . She can stoop low to any extent to make maya suffer . The way she is shouting at the top of her voice . Woh bolte hai na joh kutte bhokte hai woh kaatne nhi ... same feeling i got seeing saanjh in today's episode. She has no valid proof just her own made story and thirst for revenge whereas The pain in mayas eyes in the court said it all

First of all digging ayaans past is also as important as digging mayas past . But saanjh is only targetting maya. If exposing mayas past is imp then also ayaans past should be exposed . And secondly saanjh has a clear motive of taking revenge from maya . Her change of attitude since arjun took mayas side is a clear proof of her intentions . By Digging saanjh past maya can prove that saanjh is the killer of her baby and also jealous of her and that is why she is trying to humilate her and also making her own story of the scene when actually she wasnt even present there . And there is no proof to support the so called theory .

Maya gave Arjun a promotion because she loved him. Maya proposed Arjun on hot air balloon. Maya lied about her pregnancy to her husband. Maya told my Mom that I should maintain some distance from Arjun because he is married now. So if she says Ayaan tried to molest her she must be lying", I don't know what to say.

She should focus on proving Ayaan did not molest her.

She is exactly doing that, proving Ayaan innocent.
Ayaan innocent = Maya lying = Maya manipulating entire scene
So if a woman is lying to her husband about pregnancy to keep him with her then she can lie about such accusation on his brother to keep him away from family.its quote relevant watever she was talking about Maya's past.

By bringing up Maya's past she is telling Maya has been manipulating people, lying to her own husband on regular basis so she can be lying about this too. I agree this is not the entire evidence to prove Ayaan innocent but every case start from the past record of involved parties..

Saanjh is d lawyer here and not Maya. Moreover the case is not on Saanjh. I agree the questions asked by Saanjh were not right, but Maya doesn't hv dt power in d court.
