DEEPIKA PADUKONE STEPS OUT OF SHAH RUKH KHAN'S NEXT

The actress has had to pull out of Shah Rukh Khan's next owing to date adjustments.
While the news of Deepika Padukone being approached for Aanand L Rai's upcoming Shah Rukh starrer, sent fans in a tizzy we hear the actress has now had to pull out of the project. SRK and Deepika have in the past proved to be a hit pair with films like Chennai Express, Happy New Year besides Deepika's debut Om Shanti Om.
A source says, "While Deepika was quite keen on doing the film, unfortunately her dates were clashing with those allotted to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati. Since she has already committed her dates to SLB's historical, she has had to say no to Aanand L Rai.''
The film will see Shah Rukh play a dwarf for the first time in his 25 year long career. Reportedly the project is expected to kick-start soon and will be shot for six months. Meanwhile, while co-star Shahid Kapoor has resumed shooting for Padmavati in Mumbai's Filmcity, Deepika and Ranveer Singh are expected to join the shoot soon.
