The dialogues of the show are of really good quality! The flavour of each of them is local. Even when they speak Gujraati, you can spot the slight difference in tone and language based on age, gender and background.

Ya. The dialogues in the show are consistent and well written. I too like the subtle change in tone that the actors get when speaking Gujarati. Gives the show an authentic feel.
