Yess. Because kal when maya left he was all tensed in front of her and then was smiling. Evil wala.

I think he is after her money.

Or badla. Maybe he loved her pehle and she rejected and police se maara. So revenge maybe.

I had a gut feeling about Samay that he would turn out to be one shady character. His obsession for Maya and show of love for Saanjh makes him a two timer. If he truly loved Maya he would not have said anything about Arjun seeing her loyalty, love and steadfastness towards Arjun. And if he truly loved Saanjh he would have moved on from Maya. But his sole intention to come to India from London was to meet Maya. So he is a two timer. Let's see what the future episodes reveal.

As for Arjun, I never hated him as he is really innocent and clean hearted. He is too innocent and at times too immature to deal with problems. Hopefully he will emerge a stronger person in the future. He is a positive person and perfect foil for Maya.That's why they complimented one another in season 1.
