If Vivaan had been capable of having children, it would have happened by now since he and Imli have been trying since ages. The doctor told him clearly that maybe he can have children only with long time treatment. He refused any type of collaboration, so how come Imli become pregnant?

Or, maybe, in all this time she has just played Vivaan with a certain mister X with whom she also has conceived her first baby as all. That will be fun. I'm sure no one will mind, lol. Make him the next villain, maybe the son of an old enemy of KN who wants to take revenge from Rajvanshi family.
