Flashback:
Anika sat,leaning against the wall with devoid of expressions on her face. Her angelic,ever smiling face was replaced with hurt and mistrust. Tears continuously dripped from her eyes and sobbed silently.
Om,Rudra and Saumya were staring at their Bhabhi's blank face. Saumya and Ishana slowly lifted Anika by her arms and made her sit on the recliner. Rudra and Om immediately bought the first aid box and started attending to the wounds of her burnt hands and blood-ridden legs..Saumya also helped them. All three of them were feeling really bad for Anika and also were angry and furious at Shivaay's wrongdoings.
"Anika di,aap abhi so jaiye. Dard kam hojayega.." Rudra asked silently.
"Zakhm sabko dikhta hai lekin dard kisiko nahi dikhta.." Anika replied blankly.
"Tum log please yahaan se chale jao... Mujhe kuch der akela rehna hai.." Anika asked the trio to which they nodded and left.

"Kalyani ji.. Jahnvi ji.. Ghar ki sabse badi bahu ko bulaiye.. Yeh rasam toh ladke ki bhabhi hi karegi." Panditji asked.
Daadi and Jahnvi looked at each other and fell in thoughts while Pinky hung her head in guilt. Rudra and Saumya looked at each other.
"I dont think ki Anika di aayengi yahaan pe.. Unhone itna sara dard aur be izzati sehen ki hai... Bhaiya ne toh uss din hadd hi kardi thhi Di ko.. Khaer.. Anika di nahi ayegi.." Rudra replied sadly.
"Sahi kehrahe ho,Rudra.. Mujhe bhi aisa lagta hai ki Di ke itna kuch hone ke baad woh ayengi yahaan pe." Saumya replied.
Saumya and Rudra kept their fingers' crossed and were hoping against hope. Here,Omkara was fiddling with the silk threads of his turban in tension. He badly wanted Anika to do the "Sehra Bandhai Rasam" and was hoping against hope that she will come or not.
"Kalyani ji.. Jahnvi ji.. Aapki badi bahu kahaan hai?? Muhurat nikla jaraha hai.." Panditji replied.
Omkara glared at Shivaay for putting the whole family in this situation while Shivaay and Pinky hung their heads in guilt.
"Main yahaan hu,Panditji.." The voice broke the reverie and the prevailing tension. As everyone turned to check the source of the voice,all the had was a smile plastered on their faces.
There stood Anika Raichand,now,Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi,clad in goldrn and red floor touch anarkali with a pair of dangling gold earings and a mangtika adorning her forehead. She dodnt wear any necklaces',as the neckline was heavily sequined and the mangalsutra adorned her neck only.
She went towards the family members' and greeted them all with a hug and took the blessings' of the elders,except Shivaay and Pinky.
She greeted the Panditji and performed the ritual of Omkara's Sehra Bandhai with a faux smile on her face.
Daadi asked her to sing that song which is usually sung at these rituals.
"Kala doria kunday nal adiya e oye
Ke chhotey devra bhabhi nal adiya e oye,
Chottey devra teri door balayi ve
Na larh soniya,
Teri ek parjayi ve.."
She hugged Omkara and congratulated for his wedding. Rudra and Saumya also hugged Anika.. Shivaay smiled seeing them happy and as their eyes' met,it spoke volumes but Anika broke the eyelock and went to stand near Daadi and Jahnvi.
