SRK took advantage of Aamir not releasing a movie on Christmas to release his movie. Let's not forget that everyone thought the movie wouldn't release on time.

Dilwale didn't loose the clash with BM but it suffered a lot because of it and the lack of quality.

As for Kaabil clashing with Raees, SRK took advantage of the fact that Baadshao was delayed. Kaabil was already meant to clash with another movie anyways. It "lost" the clash because the movie gave B-grade vibes (actress, director, production value).
