Maan met up with her foster father at a restaurant , "I want to meet my sister please just once let me meet her . If she is fine , I will leave at once , I'm just worried for her, I've been looking for her since years", he pleaded. "Where were you when she was little , that girl is my daughter now and I won't let some stranger meet her , what is the proof that you are her brother", The man argued . "Take a look at this photograph , I look exactly like my father and the child whom he is holding is Geet . Please let me meet her". Maan tried to persuade him but the man won't budge making his suspicion that his sister is in trouble strong.I will take her out , no matter what', he thought . Maan sent Adi secretly behind him to get the address so that he could get his sister back. Adi followed that man and got the address for his boss. Yash got their mansion cleaned up for the duo to live , he knew Maan won't rest until he got his sister back . He has seen his desperation to work hard over the years just to get back here and take her with him .
On the other hand, Geet was unaware that the man she bumped into this morning was the brother she had been waiting for . She got on the local train .

A young man looked at her from a distance . "Hey Dev , why don't you go and talk to her , if you like her that much", his friend nudged him . "Nah , I don't want to scare her , it seems shes been bearing a lot . she is always lost in thoughts , the only time I see her happy is when shes in the garden at our school talking with the gardener there", He said looking at her . He noticed a man trying to hold her so he went there and gave that man a glare and protected her while she slept. She woke up at her station after Dev nudged her and left silently before she notices him .
At school , people talked bad about her as she wasn't a socialite. "What's up with her , look at her proud attitude , she won't even talk to us , always alone", a girl said pointing at Geet . "Then why don't you go and talk to her", came a voice to which she looked up to see was Dev. "Dev , ahh you know we weren't...", she stammered . "I know what you were doing so you don't have to hide it", He said disgusted at the girls who were nothing but hypocrites. Geet went out after the classes to the beautiful garden outside her school , she loved helping out there . "You are early today Geet", the gardener said. "Yes uncle , the classes got over earlier . They look beautiful", She touched the roses. "You are just like them Geet, no matter how many thorns you have in your life you have still maintained your beauty", The gardener said . "I'm not that pure uncle", She smiled sadly. "Don't lose hope dear, I'm sure you will find happiness too". Dev looked at her from the hallway window , "I wish I could make you smile Geet . One day I will".
Geet got back home , a hell where that monster was waiting for her , "Welcome back Geet", he smirked . "Please stop all this", she pleaded which fell on deaf ears. He attacked her and she screamed for help as usual but no one came . They heard a doorbell followed by a voice,"Let me meet her", Maan said . "Shes not home", they lied. "I know she's there . Geeettt, if you are please answer me , I'm your brother".The abuser clamped her mouth stopping her from shouting , "You are not going anywhere , my little lamb . You will be here forever", he hissed. She bit his hand hard and pushed him and ran towards the door shouting, "Please wait . I'm here"."If you are not happy here then let's go , I'm here to take you", Maan said. She took his hand and was leaving with him when the foster parents said, "Geet you can't leave with him , we love you"."Love huh , don't give me that bull s**t . I'm leaving this place forever ." Saying this both of them went out . "Are you alright", Maan asked softly . She nodded.
They reached the mansion. "Can you walk you are not wearing your shoes . Here climb on my back I will carry you", He said . "I can walk". She walked up to the mansion and was awed by its beauty . Yash and Adi were waiting for them . "Meet Geet , she will stay with us from now on", Maan announced.
"Can I really stay here", came her meek voice. "Yes Geet everything here belongs to you , I have been searching for you for so long." "Geet do you want anything from that house", Yash asked getting ready to go out . "A bag which has my necessities"."Okay, anything else". She nodded in negative. Within half an hour her stuff was bought to her. "Did they resist", Maan asked. "Nope seems like they don't want to go to the court , they have their own secrets. You look after her may be she will tell you", Yash assured. Saying a goodbye he left. Geet took out her stuff and got the photograph of her family. "You have that too , oh you have the one with Mom , you look exactly like her and see I look exactly like dad , isn't it great now we can live together as a happy family, you can call me bhai". "I ...I need time". Maan nodded and went to cook as the butlers will here in a few days . Geet laid on the couch but as soon as she closed her eyes she saw the face of the abuser, "Stop it bhai , nooo", She woke up sweating badly. "Geet are you alright", Maan said coming out of the kitchen. "I'm fine". "You said something like stop it bhai , did I do something wrong , I'm sorry if I ...", Maan couldn't even complete as she answered rudely. "I said I'm fine can't you just leave me alone". Maan nodded and left . "Something is bothering her , I have to find out why she is not like other girls of her age, a happy girl..", he said looking at her pale figure sitting silently on the couch .
Diner was served and Geet nibbled at her food . Maan watched her silently. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have shouted on you", she said . "Its okay Geet you can fight with me or even beat me up , we are family after all . If anything bothers you remember I'm always there now eat up and go to bed . You have school tomorrow". She nodded . He took her luggage to her room and went to sleep . Geet locked her room as soon as he left . The wounds she carried were too deep , she could not bring herself to trust anyone now .
Maan went to bed but sleep was far from his eyes he has to understand more about his sister and how he can make her smile.
