Asha ji, I know you are a mother who cares for her daughter. Let me tell you by supporting dev you are going to suffer. He is never going to be grateful to you. The moment his psycho MA shows her face he is going to lie down in her lap and cry and forget everything. Typical selective amnesia. He will remember only his mom and no one else. So better don't let down your husband.
Mr Bose, I understand your fear. The days are not far off. Your sona will be back crying. Be ready to again support your daughter 😡

I really wish Asha and Bijoy reconcile with the fact that Sona does want to go back to Dixits and is only looking for an excuse.
Hopefully Sona shifts to Dixit house. I mean Baba can do only so much right. if she wants to unite with Dev again, he should just let her.. sigh...

I agree. But, from the past that too unforgettable bitter experiences any parent will be jittery. Imagine a house where Noone likes or supports a daughter. Pathetic. Wonder post leap, in the initial episodes why they showed sona so smart. She becomes dumb the moment dev looks at her. Sad

Asha, coming from a respectable in-laws family with MIL like Dida and husband like Bijoy who believes in equality and fairness, can never understand the situations Sona went through. In Season1, it was her who pushed Sona for marriage without Dev's redemption, otherwise Sona's questions to Dev in her office was perfectly fine - It's all about YOU and your MAA, where do I exist ? It was Asha who kept suggesting Sona to tolerate which gave more power to Dev to even disregard HER one day by addressing her as Aunty. Asha's encouragement and so-called understanding advises to Sona gave Dev's lies and manipulations wings to fly which took monstrous steps in the form of faking pregnancy and pushing her into infertility treatment.

And she is doing the same this time. Only if she could be even 1% like Dixits who can see nothing beyond their OWN family and family insults. Despite Dev's slapping her husband and throwing them out in the middle of the night, she is all smiles with Dev and Ishwari .

As much as I admire Asha's character and her selfless nature, but it's due to mothers like her, daughters are taught to continue adjust with their in-laws until something drastic happens with respect to their safety.

@purplegrapes- Sona's smartness and independence is a kind of facade and a mask that she wears for her father who likes this avatar of her. In side she is still very much Dev's lover and wants to really unite with him .
I wish that from now on she openly takes clear sides with Dev. She has been very vocal to her father about what she wants to decide for her kid.. but does not take a minute before imposing an unwanted guest on him during his happy times(marriage of his son)

I could sense that she wants to live with dev and the thing that she has no place or rather no value in deb's life.
It's the fear his daughter will be kicked out again. Future of his daughter is worrying him.

When Eshwari 's actions are justified so are bose' s

Dev has to come out clearly out of his mom's clutches

You are right. Smartness has been thrust upon her by Bijoy who has put her at such a higher pedestal as Dev has Ish.

The problem is Bijoy and Dev and not Sona and Ish. Sona and Ish are normal females like Asha if left alone will behave just like normal females - love for males (husband , son, son in law) and hate for DIL, sister in law, MIL.

Bijoy should've been practical and should've left Sona to take care of herself after the first breakup. Parents should stop interference and shouldn't support adult children. They should be left alone to live their life be it good or bad.😃

Perfectly agree - aurat hi aurat ki dushman hai and the reason is just one - control
