Bike Parking Issue

We stay in a police quarters and I usually park in the space provided near our flats. in the ground floor their resides two houses and their is a space. I don't park in the space near to their house since they tell me that space is for them. Yesterday I parked near their house but that is a common place to everyone in the flats. But they claim that it is their space and you are not allowed to park near. Yesterday i parked their and they throwed my bike in the road without my knowledge and today morning i went i asked with whose permission they have parked my bike in the center of the road. They say if you park here this is what we will do and they even kicked my bike with her leg and abused me with some rubbish words. What do i do? the space near their house is a common place but they say it is not a common place nu. What can i do further? Please help me guys...
