Is there nothing called experience and knowledge gained from experience needed for 'competence'..even adi heading teams is ridiculous for me ...cos he too has just started off and many others in the company might be more 'competent' than him...😛

Funnily - KPs family runs a huge business conglomerate themselves - wonder how silly he feels shooting such stuff😆
