There's a difference between consenting and accepting, this can be easily predicted from faces. I doubt anyone can ignore if all the people around you just consented to your wish based on your stubborn attitude but we've Rhea who is so self-absorbed that I'm unable to say whether she is doing everything knowingly or in ignorance.

Rhea starts digging out some of the best decorative pieces from each room without even seeking its owner's permission to place it in that room which Kabir would use. This did upset Myra and Sudha is also upset as she tries to save an expensive piece from Rhea. Abha di who already unwell can't rest as on one side Rhea is creating a ruckus in the whole house and on the other Aryan is filling her up with enquiries about her health. Aryan is also really upset about Myra not seeking his view in Kabir's shifting to their place as he's always considered himself as "The man of the house" and he expresses this to Myra, he's also a bit angry as he's uncomfortable with even the idea of sharing their home with an outsider.

The next day, Kabir is at Kohlis with Rhea but is sceptical as to whether all the family members consented to this wholeheartedly. As Rhea knocks the door, no one is present to welcome them and they enter opening the lock using Rhea's spare-key. Kabir loves his room and Rhea invites him for breakfast. Sudha is at their cafe with her friends for the kitty-party as she felt uncomfortable with the idea of having an outsider who also happens to be the 1st man to stay with them after Mr.Kohli. Abha doubts that her mom might just stick herself to her own room in order to avoid facing Kabir but Sudha answers firmly that she wouldn't do so as its her home and she would start feeling comfortable in a couple of days but its not so convincing as she states that this is all because of Rhea's stubbornness.

Myra completes a part of her assignment with Kabir which he likes and she immediately gets paid a lump sum for it, she calls Abhi di to share the happy news and also to inform that she would transfer the money to Abha's personal account to which she denies. Nikhil visits Abha di at the cafe while she's still on Myra's call and Myra enquires whether Nikhil seems upset (from Rhea's previous day's behaviour) but hangs up without stating the reason. Nikhil is really so low that Abha easily notices it but he doesn't say anything about it, he's happy that Abha di's business is expanding, he's there to share something important. Its that he's decided to shift to Denver as he's got a really good job offer with an amazing package but Abha seems to understand what Nikhil isn't saying, she understands that he isn't able to move on in his life with having Rhea in the same city and so accepts his decision. She wishes to have a farewell party for him to which he 1st denies but eventually gives in as Abha has that authority on him as he deems her an elder sister.

Kabir undergoes a small voltage of electric shock as he attempts to fix the plug to charge his laptop. Rhea looked after interior decoration of the room but its foolishness that she din't look after the minimum technicalities of the room. He attempts it at another socket and is successful but now his mobile seems dead and there isn't another socket in that room. I just loved the way he looked above like he's asking God that "Should all bad things happen at the same time". Kabir asks help in finding him a three-pin plug box from Aryan but he gets refuted then he goes to Rhea but it seems that she isn't at home, he then approaches Sudha who has practically stuck herself to her room, tries searching for an extension chord but couldn't find it in her room and she remembers that its with Aryan. Aryan now agrees that he has it but refuses to share it with Kabir asking him to buy a new one for himself and shuts his door. Sudha feels sorry but Kabir assures her that it isn't a big deal as he can easily purchase. Aryan is a sweet kid as he finally gives in and offers the chord by himself but he shows it clearly that he's upset with Kabir. This is the kid who instantly connected with Kabir but now he's acting a bit rude and Kabir should've already sensed it.

This is really interesting as the show seems to have taken its pace and finally launched into the actual story and it seemed all the episodes until now are just the setup for characters. I'm frustrated by Rhea just by watching her and I can't even imagine the emotions I would pass through having such a family member or in fact I wouldn't love such a person, Nikhil how could you!! Is love so blind that he could ignore many other important things like attitude and generosity even for her own family let alone outsiders. Rhea upsetting Kohlis would show an effect on Kabir, I pity him as I doubt he would've ever shifted there if he'd known the reality. Kabir is fun loving guy, he maintains good relationships with almost everyone around him, he also had a good rapport with Kohlis by now and he wouldn't like this change. I observed during the phonecall that Myra has softened a bit to Kabir. I'm glad that Nikhil has finally started taking steps away from Rhea but did CV's conveniently forget that girl whom he brought to the cafe whom he was seemingly considering for marriage.

I actually see the episode in real time and then come here to see what you have written about it. 😃
At present I am just taking each character at face value.

I seem to have a soft corner for Rhea 😆

I feel she just sees the larger picture and forgets the process.
She needs to be called out on it but by Abha Di and not Myra. Myra and Rhea's relationship is very competitive, maybe growing up vying for their parents' attention at different times. They don't seem to accept even valid points from each other.

I love to just sit back and see their relationships playing out. It is so nice when they just open their mouths and say what is in their mind. Quite refreshing.

Appreciate your taking time to review each episode 👏. It is lovely to read views on the episode on an otherwise dead forum.

Coming to the episode, completely agree about Rhea. She comes across as a self absorbed person who seems to follow the new age gurus' concept of 'put yourself first'.

For the first time watching the show, it was kind of perturbing to watch. We know Kabir is the lead. But allowing a stranger, who has charmed her socks off, complete access of the house was kind of disturbing. Knocking on each door and all. The views were echoed by Sudha. As a mother, she should have put her foot down if she was not comfortable.

And going by the precap, he would also share the washroom with the girls. Store rooms do not have an attached bath. It is a show... but kind of disturbing again.

I too love to watch grey characters (fed up of watching all mahaan types) and it isn't wrong to be a bit grey if it doesn't hurt the people around us and Kohli family especially seem to be in peace with whatever Rhea does, they're just a bit upset right now.

Myra-Rhea's relationship is complicated by Sudha's overbearing trust on Myra which shows off often. Upto now its been shown or talked about that Sudha-Myra and Mr.Kohli-Abha are the ones more close. I guess this we can relate to the infamously called middle child problems.

Oh, thanx yaar and it upsets me that this forum is so dead.

Yes, we could've understood if its a penthouse but here its a room inside the house, it would be totally uncomfortable. Kabir is a decent guy but if he isn't and just had a mask then what can the Kohlis do!!

I don't understand this PG culture where a stranger lives with you. I know there're some websites which keep a check on both tenant and owner but what' the guarantee that this deal/business is cool (safe) enough!!

Agree with you on Rhea. She's a self absorbed person. Quite a hypocrite as well. She called Myra out for being inhuman & insensitive but she failed to see Myra's point on how she is so insensitive towards her family. She is concerned about her promise & word to Kabir but doesn't care about her family's opinions regarding the matter. She even blackmails them into accepting. Now that I see her on TV, I am able to see how some of my family members are exactly like Rhea. I finally understand my own frustration.😆

I love that the family members voiced concerns over letting a stranger, that too a male, stay in an all woman house (even though late😆) I really like the balance this show strikes in being modern but yet also not forgetting basic values. It never tips over the line. I read an article recently on the show & Shamata spoke about how the family becomes comfortable with Kabir over time & his bonding with each individual Kohli. Also that Myra falls for Kabir because of the respect & the way he takes care of her family. She described Kabir as similar to Mr Darcy.

Aryan's frustration was valid. Kids are the ones most affected by changes in their environment. And I am hoping we get to see Aryan play some pranks on Kabir. That would be fun!

Nikhil rejected the girl he brought to the cafe btw because he still likes Rhea. Day before yesterday's episode revealed that Nikhil/Rhea know each other from when they were kids.. it mustn't be easy for him to get over her so easily when he's liked her all his life.
