Happened to watch sahib ,biwi & gulam ...OMG meena kumari's performance as a drunken wife was outstanding...its a tailor made role for her as a choti bahu...she takes alcohol to please her husband ,who ignores her for tavaif is excellent..

I never liked meena kumar cos of her tragedy movies and crying scenes with heavy dialogues...but this is something else which surprised me equally...

And gurudutt is one of the handsome actors we had back then !!
