I think Kangana by nepotism was not targetting that star kids should not get chance.

Kangana very well knows that if a star kid has a well to do face , good figure, good sexy body, 6 packs abs he/she will be considered for debut projects by filmakers.

By Nepotism kangana is talking about a situation suppose

a film is offered to kangana by a director A but a powerful director B rings another director A and asks him to cast his fav talent from the company as their lead heroine and reject /Drop kangana.

or situation where powerful filmmaker promoted their favorites to awards organisers for fetching awards. Like Kjo requested jitesh pillai from filmafare for the critics best actress to alia for highway, while the other nominees were much more stronger

or situation where powerful filmmaker forces brands like Loreal to hire their fav actress for ads rejecting the choice of company who would have preffered kangana.

Or situation where powerful snooty directors are using PR Machinery to plant negative stories about other heroines and project their heroines in better light.

or a situation where the snooty director ensures their fav actress keeps getting endorsements , deals , films on a regular basis even if it means to work as a gang along with some media editors and chalking out strategy to project even a ordinary looking kid heroine as the next big shabana azmi while making sure the other heroines are ignored royally.

or a situation where a top actress might be in affair with a married actor but the powerful director along with star wives wage a war against the starlet as if the actor or husband has no fault and its the other women who has to be thrown out of industry

So the above are the ones which Kangana might have hinted...but many people misunderstood it as just star kids V/s outsiders

But KJo somewhere within knows what wrong he has done thats why he got infuriated.

Look Outsiders have no problem with work given to star kids and promoting them full flegedly

The thing only Kangana wants is that

suppose she is doing something good work, getting good scripts , established filmmakers please dont try to snatch it away, play mean games with her, conspire against her. she has no problems with star kids becoming huge stars. She just doesnt want anyone to play games

But it happens

Casting decisions are influenced by many.

Kjo himself admitted how he was agaisnt Anushka and Ranveer initially .

Instead Kjo recommended some of his fav names to adi for rab ne...and band baaja respectively.

so the nepotism range is quite big and Kjo definitely falls under it.

i agree she is paranoid a bit

not a saint

but she doesnt comes across as a person to call a director and asking him to drop that heroine and take her.

coz before rangoon started she said how one actress(supposedly deepika) gave feelers to vishal bhardwaj to cast her in the film instead of kangana.

but this thing happens..Might have kangana lost some good projects earlier as it was snatched away by deceit and there by upset by bollywood mafia.

the gossip mafia as supposedly headed by karan, kareena

what is more amusing is that they take pride in it

in social media especially twitter i came across so many tweets insulting bebo and kjo saying nasty things like when did bitching behind people became something to be proud of . atleast deepika, pc, shraddha, parineeti, are not into it like bees

Look if A takes an actor on B 's recomendation then he is taking his OWN RISK..let him be ..if the movie clicks well & good for A or if it fails than he will learn and advice C dont take on recomendations...😆as simple !

This is a business industry...some people take risks and some play safe !it doesnt mean we blame them for their approach of taking insiders/outsiders !!!!

That is because she does not have the kind of credibility or power.. Not come across a person is not exactly the fair because you don't really know what she would do if she had that kinda power..

She said.. It was only she who said.. Who knows how much truth is there in what she said? And even if there was truth, she wasn't replaced so I don't really see how nepotism fits in here

Gossip is what every member on this forum does and I don't see anyone being embarrassed about it
