This Nepotism Debate!

Hey everyone I'm a silent reader on this forum. I've been seeing so many topics on this nepotism thing and I guess I just wanted to give my 2 cents on the topic. I've seen the interview in question where Varun and Alia have said what they said...TBH I don't think they meant any harm although they could have worded it better!
Think about it u guys just saw a 5 min clip and made ur judgements why don't u try and see it from their point of view wherever they go they get asked the same question over and over again at the end of the day whether privileged or not everyone would get annoyed at some point.
And for all those who r saying "oh outsiders this and insiders that" let me ask u a simple question u guys I'm sure have enough to eat at home right well there r people out there who have nothing to eat so does that mean I expect all of u to give up the luxuries u have and give it all to the poor...if I told u to give up everything u have and go swap lives with someone in a war torn country will u?...no u won't would u cuz we don't like to think about all that stuff it's tooo depressing!
The reality is we all r born with certain luxuries whether it's love,money,power,intelligence etc we all have our share some more than others but then u can't blame people for what they get born into...now what would be sad is to waste such blessing that God has given u! Make the most of it life is too short!
I don't know why anyone would want to go into Bollywood? I mean everyone's ready to stab u in the back given an opportunity I see it as a place where love can not survive it seems so depressing lol
At the end of the day we r all humans we do and say things that r wrong and sometimes hurt other people yes I know celebrities have a duty to be a certain way cuz lots of people look up to them but then again we look up to our parents don't we and I'm sure they make mistakes too it's apart of life!
And I agree with all the people who r saying wouldn't the outsiders do the same if their parents were giving them the same chance as these star kids get? And yes shahrukh Khan was an outsider but his son will be an insider.
Nepotism happens in all aspects of life whether it's the rich getting their kids into top uni's and jobs or the poor who work for certain rich people asking them to give their kids a job!
At the end of the day paisa bholta hai!

I agree Varun, Alia and other star kids need to be more sympathetic when it comes to this issue and outsiders do go through a lot but my question is this why r u asking about nepotism to Varun and Alia who have yet to make a mark in the industry they don't have the power to help anyone why not ask and question the big PH, celeb's like shahrukh, akshay since they were outsiders shouldn't they be using their fame to help more outsiders get in? If people like them don't want to help then why r u expecting star kids like Varun and Alia to understand!
This debate is not an easy one to find a solution to let's face it we r all hypocrites in our own ways so let's not throw stones at eachother. In this world everyone looks out for no.1 and why shouldn't they after all we come alone to this world and we leave it alone. I would like to think what kangna is doing is right by questioning but then again if u look at what she's doing is all for her own image people who really want change don't waste time in debating, fighting or talking to people who clearly don't give a damn instead they do like the way Anushka and Priyanka r doing by opening up their own PH houses and slowly introducing change however little effect it's having but it's a start. Sorry to say kangna is only interested in fighting and making herself look like a "bad ass" all self promotion.
I never heard her say a nice thing about anyone not even the people who gave her such big roles in their movies...kangna is an opportunist she see's who is the current hot topic and then goes for them e.g hritik now Kjo. Why doesn't kangna use her energy else were like helping out under privileged kids, cancer charities or even helping outsiders get in since she such a big star!
U see she or the other outsiders will never do that cuz that means more competition for them they r quite happy letting the star kids take the blame for what's wrong with the industry!! I'm not bashing kangna, Varun, Alia, Shahrukh or anyone else I have mentioned I'm just saying look at the picture from all angles not just one corner otherwise u won't be able to see the whole picture(meaning problem).

I'm sorry if I offended anyone it was not my intention to do so I was just trying to give my take on things 😳 🤗

nobody is telling alia or varun to give up thier luxuries and nobody is saying they dont deserve to be in the industry, its the way they said thier answers is wat people r talking about, comparing getting a movie to getting a pencil box is not the smartest comparson to make, and why shud alia tell people to stop talking about nepotism? just because she doesn't like the topic?

Oh my goodness. Drop it. So many posts about the same thing, this forum was always full of people protesting against nepotism but now suddenly they are glorifying nepotism just cos Kangana spoke up about it? Such double standards.

they cud hav given a much better answer, but they way they answered showed thier frustration more than anything

True say they could have worded it better but it happens it's human error I've said so many things on the spot that I really regretted later. I think Varun and Alia seriously need to clear/apologise about this pencil box statement!

I guess it is their attitude that is bothering people.. Like I said on another thread, it takes little bit of humility and gratitude to have a good attitude.. saying something like "..we shall try and reach your expectation of us as actors" or something like that as against "should keep quiet" ...shows lots of difference in their attitude..

Your post is offensive because it is making sense more then anyother person who has tried to put their defination and ended up trolling themself.
Kangana's cards are so stupid and i disagree with all those points she made - Looked like a scripted one.

I guess they could have worded it a bit better
