a great actress does not mean box office success. Meryl Streep has many duds at the box office as well, but its her ability to own the characters that bring in the accolades. Same with Vidya and Kangana, and I would say Kareena as well.

Kangana is officially over, Simran shows will also cancel. Her only hope is TWM3 but don't think director wants to work with her again.

these sequels don't work once you are off the peak

kahani 2 is the biggest example

i am not even talking about the reviews or wom coz that happens later but a sequel to the much successful kahani should have had a lot more curiosity and opened bigger but even that couldn't happen..

Emraan hashmi wasnt overhyped. He merely got his mead of appreciation for the dirtyicture, zeher, Shanghai and then his subsequent films didn't do well.

Vidya is still around after several flops because people know she can act.

Same with Kangana.

RanBIr is still getting film after film in big projects because people know he has talent.

All actors hv gone thru a lull in their careers biggest example being Priyanka. And now look at her.

What about Priyanka? She is doing an average TV show that is soon going to be taken off air. And a flop B grade movie called Baywatch is coming up. Other than that she has nothing. Of course she manages to go to events like Oscars to keep herself relevant but fact is no one in America cares for her and in India she is as good as her last film which was a big flop.

You "all"? Who is this you all? I have never given my opinion on how Padmavati will do as a film and likely not going to till I see the trailer. 😕 It would be better for you to not start lumping people together as if they share just one mind in the future.
