Random thought from March 3rd

Delayed viewing of the march 3rd show... It was nice to see the old numbers belting out the golden numbers and Kumar Vishwas was like a breath of fresh air compared to the usual starlets parading around.
My thought on the performances

Sahir Ludhiyanvi
Mohit and Naga - Kabhie Khabie ---- Superb song selection but both were a little shaky on the sur. Mohit was especially off key at the start. Looks like we need a Shravan to inspire Naga
Main Zindagi ko saath - unfortunately kept looking for the silky touch of Rafi! But at least so much of an improvement over kabhie kabhie... Rendering was good but soul missing from the golden number.

Malavika - Ajeeb Dastan hai ---- Sounded a lot like Breathless ... technically it was flawless singing but got the fun breathed' out of it
Khudabaksh - Kisi ki muskurahat --- Sounded good ... No major singing gaffes . Infact liked him on this number. Kept it straight and simple.
Gulzar
Revanth - Aane wala pal --- Revanth sang the Kishore da number beautifully . Mellow with right amount of energy. Wonderful nuanced singing. Infact I felt was the best of the lot today !
Tejinder - Ae Zindagi Gale laga le -- He sang this Wadkar number nicely and did his own tadka. Technically flawless.
