We wonder what happened to Aishwarya Rai yesterday when she suddenly developed a heavy American accent similar to Madhuri Dixit. The entire time during the event which was the launch of the music for the film Jodhaa Akbar,

Ash had a very put on kind of accent. Even during her interview she didn't let it slip and kept it going right till the end.

It just makes us think whether she is being carried away with Hollywood or is she trying to impress them to get into another crossover film.

guys i didn't see the event but i definitely feel that aish tries to put on a heavy accent which is neither american nor brit nor indian.just a made up one.

This is the way she speaks English...wht prob in that...nobody can ever pretent to make the acsent evtime....I dunt know y ppl find her acsent made up one... 😕

She does hv a very funny accent and its funny how she forgets to use it in some interviews and then she is back at it again .. 😆 😆 😆 Hollywood dreamz !!!

shes fake...so its not shocking that her accent is fake!

ha ha ha before u beat me up ash fans.....im playing....ha ha ha....my real comments:

wow! ash is soo annoying these days....she is acting like she is cool....but she isnt...just like many desi's

She has been taking diction lessons at the same schools where all the Call Center employees get training. The only thing that hasn't changed is that she still prefers to calls herself Aishwariya and not Alice, Anne or Andrea😉

I agree that her accent is fake cuz in some other interviews she has the very normal Indian-English accent... and in others this fake one.

Madhuri Dixit's accent changed a lot and it is totally put-on these days. SRK teased her on KWK. As for Aishwarya, she always speaks like that and every three months someone comes up with a new article on the same.
