To be fair, Aishwarya has always spoken in that tone during interviews, apart from when she has seemed more relaxed then abit more of an indian accent comes through.

If you watch her answering questions during the Miss World pagent she has that same similar accent...but that is because all the girls who go through these beauty pagents are taught to speak in a certain way as they given elocution lessons.

even though she is MS.World, she is not a good speaker..she comes on as too artificial to me 🤢

As for madhuri, i think it is quite normal..i have been in US for 7 yrs and my accents have changed too.

She must've picked up the accent during the Ms. World training...it's been there for as long as I remember!

What's the big deal? Every single Indian actor/actress have ever changing accent. For example, Salman now a days talks with some weird American accent. Preity tries to talk with an English accent and gosh everyone else.

English is not their first language, they must pick up how to pronounce certain words by hearing others speak/movies/TV shows etc. It is only natural the amount of time people travel abroad and have to deal with English speaking people.

You always enunciate so the person you're talking with understands you. When I am talking with my desi relatives, i change my accent so its not so American.

People need to calm down and not discuss or judge people because of petty things like accents.

exactly why does everyone seem so upset over this?... it's called "freedom of speech" well in this case it would be "freedom of accent" or something 😆😆
