Did anyone notice Maya's expression right after Vandana leaves the temple? Maya hugs Saanjh and for a second or two she has an expression that is anything but sad.. she looks determined, victorious and I don't know if I imagined but I thought I saw a faint smile cross her lips as tears roll down her eyes.. and then she breaks the embrace and expresses her disappointment to Saanjh which looked fake today.. for that split second, I thought I saw the Maya we can more relate to.. who has a plan for everything, who knows how to get what she wants..
I hateee Vandy but her instincts about Maya trying to prove to the world that she is a monster-in-law ( as Jen called her in the interview 😆) might be true.. Saanjh has already fallen in the trap and she is fully convinced that Maya has changed for good and that she is genuine in her efforts with Vandy.. its important for Maya to keep Saanjh close.. and she has succeeded in taking her in confidence.. but Vandana ? as much as loathe her I think she might be partially right about Maya..could this whole drama with Vandana be Maya's idea to distance Vandy from Arjun? what do you guys think?
