I wanted to discuss this topic last week since post marriage. Since I did not get time enough to post my views about marriage so I want to discuss something else . how many of you agree with om not accepting his marriage?? I want neutral POV of all.

Personally I agree with om. that marriage was not even proper marriage. It was forced by circumstances. It was fake act to save the life which was more important than marriage or anything. But accepting a marriage is different thing. Both should have agreement and consent to live together and share their life together. But om and gauri did not even know each other.

For me their marriage is null and void.

relationships are meant to be believed.. in omkara's life he has many such examples where the relation exists but he doesnt regard it.. like his father... so here its a subjective thing.. for gauri she believes that the marriage is real for her so it is for her.. for omkar it was just an act of saving her... may be in future we will get a legal wedding.. all matters of heart now

The marriage is void but Gul never shows that. Gauri, please type about Hindu marriage act 1955 and find out that your marriage is invalid. Also, no marriage can happen without Pandit chanting mantras otherwise every lead couples in TV serials and movies will get married automatically😆.

I dunno how exactly legal this marriage is but for gauri its symbolic while for om it was an act to save someones life not a marriage

If u look at shitia wedding today they had the 7 rounds with witnesses n a priest which om gauri didnt but it doesnt count coz the priest is fake n so were his chants it was rudra. Also shitia r married to other ppl lol

Even rumya wedding which had a proper priest, witnesses, all the rituals can be contested coz they were drunk, though they probably would have to prove it legally to get the marriage anulled.

Till om n gauri accept the marriage n probably have a proper ceremony this marriage is not legal n maybe symbolic but if om doesnt accept it its not like there is real proof of it.

The marriage is not legal as it is not registered in the court of law. I would side with Omkara's views on it, it was a means to an end.

I also think marriage is void. For Gauri this marriage become Symbolic but may be she is naive enough to believe that as she is villager. Once someone has said that if gauri had been married to Thakur brothers who had put sindoor and mangalsutra and would she had accepted those disgusting brothers as life partners. Then why om?Om is her saviour then see him as like that only. Just by putting blood on head how he became her janam janam ka sathi.

What I feel that gauri liked om and when he saved her she liked him more enough to see him as husband.

I will use show logic.
For heroine this marriage is real...For hero no.

But I noticed one thing...Gauri is not wear mangalsutra. I think CVs keep it for moment when Om will accept marriage and then he will put mangalustra on her and probally then there will be real ceremony.

Im personally find this wedding symbolic one and not real. But for Gauri he is her pati.
