Both look decent but PC wins out this one for me just coz of the way she is glowing! And yeah...the dresses are too tight and don't do their torsos any good!

neck up deepika (i like how she tried something different with the curls)

neck down PC (I like the dress better minus the boob show)

PC went like that to the white house correspondence dinner too. It def was appropriate at that event.
