Priyanka Chopra or Deepika Padukone - who's the ultimate SHOW-STEALER at the Vanity Fair Oscars 2017 after-party?
It's a face off between Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra at the Vanity Fair Oscars 2017 after-party - who's your pick?
Oscars 2017 is currently the hot topic of discussion and why wouldn't it be? After all there's SO much happened under one roof - Warren Battey's biggest goof-up by announcing the wrong winner(La La Land instead of Moonlight as the Best Film ), Dev Patel slaying the red carpet with his hot-as-hell look, sly digs at Donald Trump keeping the audience busy - well the list just doesn't seem to end. But having said that, the major highlight for most of the Indian audience out here gotta be the fact how Bollywood's reigning queens - Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra have FINALLY come together for the first time for this World's prestigious award show. At the Vanity Fair Oscars after party, Deepika stepped out wearing a black and golden tube gown which looked pretty similar to the one that she wore during the Vogue party 2012. But of course, this Oscar affair is a rather glamorous rendition of the same outfit. In fact, we love how DP didn't even go overboard with her make-up and accessories this time but simply let her flowy tresses and smile do the talking. On a scale of a 1-10, probably Deepika can take home a score of 7, no?
Coming to Priyanka, she wore a black Michael Kors gown and man did she just personify the word sexy! The gown perfectly accentuates her body and the frilled sleeves look even better. Not just on the sleeves but there are frills in a lot of places of the gown and it doesn't even look bad. The gown could have gone wrong but the actress handled it with much oomph and style. Again, we love how she did not over-accessorise and simply pulled off the look with a pair of Lorraine Schwartz earrings. Her makeup and hair too was exactly what we thought it would be.
So in that case, both Deepika and Priyanka have played it safe at the Vanity Fair Oscars 2017 after-party but then if you were asked to pick one - whose look appealed to you more?
