First of all, let me clarify that a cheque is stale after 3 months and not a year as per the Banking rules. So I believe that Dev never bothered about the cheque and it was not encashed. The chances of Vicky misusing it doesn't arise unless Creatives put a new twist here. So, how did Sonakshi build her business and regained her assets after 7 years is a story which only she knows - alongwith Saurabh and Jotin. 😃

Hey Ladies I have a doubt
Sonakshi paid 4.5 crs by cheque. She gave it to Ish who didn't accept and finally it fell on the floor. It was an ordered cheque hence unless Dev endorses bank will not accept it and will not credit it to a third party hence Vicky taking the cheque is also vetoed. So if a cheque is not deposited within a year it becomes a stale cheque. So Bose had the money which they arranged by selling off their assets in their own account . In that case Saurabh had already invested part of 5crs ( given by Dev) plus 4.5 crs, it's sufficient for online start-up so how did Jatin invest? It's big loophole in the story.😲

you raised a very valid question.thankyou for bringing that cheque back into the equation.i had assumed it to be one of those many things to be conveniently ignored
