Even if prenup was not registered or invalid if ever custody fight happens prenup will be an advantage for Sonakshi . The court normally decides custody of the kid reviewing the family ambience and prenup is a proof of the prejudiced ,rigid perspective of Dikshit family . If we are talking about law then the proof Sona has is very weak ..airticket is not enough proof even if she proves she was there doesn't guarantee sole custody of Soha infact it might backfire on Sona .If she is not divorced then not informing her husband of the child is a serious allegation.It can be considered as kidnapping ...the defense lawayer can turn the case against Sona that it took her 1.5 yrs for Sona to tell her husband about the baby and moreover she did not reveal about Soha for 7yrs .If we look from legal point of view Sona is trouble than Dev .

Judge is not gonna buy statements like he said so and so during breakup ,he said get out so I decided to keep my daughter away from him.

Unless the judge is one of the member from the IF famous gang then law will be changed accordingly and instead of proofs previous dialogue will be considered.

I have completely faith in makers that they are gonna change the law if needed for justifying their favorite characters .

That is exactly what I am saying court won't consider words which was exchanged during the separation but the judge will consider proofs and prenup is a proof that Dikshits were not willing to accept the kids . Sonakshi's advocate can use it against Dev . If it was real court procedure even the health conditions of the elder woman who is supposed to take care of the girl kid will be considered. Court will not decide to give soha's custody to Dev just because Sonakshi hid the kid from her father the court might criticise Sonakshi like Dev fans do ,but the court won't give the custody to Dev just to teach Sonakshi a lesson . Usually , mother have more chances to get the custody of girl kid

I doubt if prenup draft is even considered as a proof ..prenup should be signed infront of some advocate or some legal person ..in this case it wasn't .The main condition of prenup is it should not be signed by force or under any threat or external influence.Unless they bribe someone it cannot be proved he signed infront of advocate.Truth is he signed without his knowledge.Like it or not truth is not gonna change .

Court will favour mother especially if it's a girl child .I won't twist this for my argument but kidnapping is a serious offense and can be used against mother by bringing safety of the child .Again I have no idea if Court considers grand parents health or not as they can easily prove they are in joint family and there are many to take care of her .

Court won't give custody of the child based on feminism or to teach anyone any lessons.Court is considered about the welfare of the child . I never said Court will grant Dev sole custody or Sonakshi will not be permitted to meet her kid or they will give Soha to Dev to teach Sonakshi a lesson.Its all assumptions...
