Even after repeated lies by Ishu, Dev did not say anything strongly to his mom about interfering in his life and making decisions for him in the past and even now...

In Monday episode, Ishu will pray to all the gods and get chakkar in temple ..soha will accompany her to her home and later dev would tell her that is soha .. her poti..

Now that our drug addict (Ishwari) got Soha's scent and... she would be addicted and would want to bring her to stay at Dixit home for good..

She will go behind Devs back and would file the custody case on behalf of Dev (again for Dev's happiness only) to win dev back ...

It can go three ways ...
1. Sona already has the prenup copy or once Ishu files the custody case..and ishu ke mu pe maregi.

2. our dear Red (VIcky) would give Sona a copy of it as he doesnt want Soha to come to dixit house...

3. Last but not the least, Dev himself gives copy of Prenup to Sona to teach his mom a lesson ... if he does it... his redemption suru hojayega

And judge would roll on the floor laughing at Bose and Dixit family who are fighting so much for a prenup which is invalid in the court .Judge would ask these folks to hire a good lawyer who could explain them how prenup would work .

Then comes a twist ...CVs will say "Hey you Judge hold on how can you prove my Boses wrong ". I will add some twist to the story by adding a flashback scene where they would show prenup was registered in the court and Sonakshi signed before marriage.Tada storyline changed .

Bijoy Bose will be flying high seeing his enemy Ishwari lose ..will celebrate .Dev will commit suicide and his soul will observe how even after his death people are blaming him for dying without killing Ishwari or appreciating his ex wife for one last time

Prenup is valid as long as the couple signed it willingly. They can do it even after marriage.
for example if the couple signed prenup before marriage - they can both willingly nullify it during their married life... similarly .. if they did not sign it before the marriage ... they can sign it and make it valid after wedding (it is just that chances of this happening is low .. who would sign an agreement after the marriage has already happened) ... basically there should be no contest over the validity of the document.

So in this case, since Sona will not contest it. and hopefully vicky and gkb and Ishu would have already submitted it in the court along with their divorce... it is a valid document and can be used by Sona. But even otherwise ... who will take the custody of a minor kid away from a mom who is capable of providing , in good mental health and well to do

i was thinking abut the same...it would have been better if dev never told ishu that she was her granddaughter...knowing all what she has done and what she is capable to do ...

Prenup signed after marriage is invalid.It defeats the purpose of the document. Especially in India a prenup is not taken lightly and it has to be submitted before marriage with both the parties agreeing to it

Vicky or Ishwari cannot submit the document without Sonakshi's signature.Prenup is valid only if both the parties signed before marriage without any influence and force .Here both the parties did not sign with their knowledge .

Dev can easily prove it a fraud document if he is not in sacrifice mode .

CVs are reading all this discussions..they will definitely come up with some flashback to prove prenup is valid .I am 100 sure about this

Like I said .. in 99.99 cases it is signed before marriage...but it is just a contract about rights incase of divorce. the clauses can be rewritten anytime during the marriage also... as long as there is no contest from the the husband or the wife...

In Indian court it has be 100% registered before marriage which was not the case ( don't blame if CVs add a flashback scene ) .Whayever is shown till now it was not registered nor Sonakshi has signed it before marriage .Prenup are not registered during divorce or after marriage.There is another document called as postnuptial which is done after marriage not prenup .

Changing clauses will come into picture only when it is registered and both the parties must be present infront of advocate to change the clause .If not done through proper procedure then it's invalid document .

Again how seriously the court considers the child clause in prenup is another question.Someone had told me you can still go ahead and claim rights on the child if proven child is better off with dad even if prenup has a clause .Prenup in India is mostly for assets not sure how court would handle child custody case

Only in the court of Boses and Dixit this is a valid document . There was one post long time back where Lakshmi had clearly explained how prenup works ..That was a good information.
