Anika was shocked that she had hit a person, a woman to be exact. When she reached the woman lying on the floor she got the shock of her life. The woman was none other than tia.

"tia ? tia tum thik toh ho na?" anika was worried for her and she could see tia's baby bump. She prayed that the baby wasn't hurt. Anika quickly picked her up and helped her to the passenger seat. While she was helping tia she had a niggling feeling that someone was there apart from them. The road was empty at the moment. She thought someone was watching them and when she looked back no one was there. She decided to hurry up and take tia to the hospital thought she wasn't hurt much but one couldn't be sure.

Anika had taken tia safely to the hospital and got her checked. Tia was fine just some scratches here and there but the baby was fine. At the moment tia was resting anika thought about everything that's happening.

First of all , she got a call this morning. A woman informing her that her shop was on an illegal land and when she reached there, it turned out to be nothing but a lie. The question was why would someone lie about this to her. No one knows about her kitchen . Secondly, anika thought that meeting tia wasn't just a mere coincidence , she had felt a presence there, a third person apart from both of them.

Ever since tia had left the oberoi mansion things were going slow for everyone. Anika on the other hands had another plan. She wanted to start her business, her rasoi and obviously, telling shivaay was a big no no because he ouldn't let her work. Anika wanted to have something which was hers. She wanted to be independent and not be dependent on shivaay. So, she had started her own rasoi with the help of her friend preeto. It was difficult in the starting but she managed to make decent work. Now, her business was popular and many companies ordered food for their staff.she had earned a decent amount of money.

Few hours later

Everyone was gathered in the hall and anika was there too. " yeh sab kaise hua puttar?" dadi asked anika. "pta nhi dadi kaise aur kab , par achanak se tia meri car ke saamne aa gyi, par main use hospital leke gayi thi, vo bilkul thik hai"

Everyone was relieved " oh my mata, main toh darr hi gyi thi .. aakhir mere shivaay ke bacche ki baat hai mere grandschild ko kuch ho jata toh? Jab tujhe gaadi chalani nhi aati toh lekar kyun gayi?" pinky was as usual being herself. She still didn't like anika and was still hoping that shivaay would leave her and marry tia but to her dismay shivaay can't hear a word against anika.

"bas kar pinky, tujhe sirf tia ki chinta hai? Agar anika ko kuch ho jata toh?" when dadi said this, anika looked towards shivaay whose expressions were unreadable but anika knew he was angry.

"chalo sab tia bhi araam kar rahi hai aur anika beta tu bhi ja, thoda araam kar le" "ji dadi" anika said and she walked past shivaay who followed her into their room.

Anika reached the bed and stopped knowing that shivaay was going to shout at her at any moment. She flinched as shivaay shut their bedroom door with a bit of force. " kahan gyi thi tum?" shivaay's angry voice surrounded her. Anika was still facing towards the bed so she turned to look at him. " vo main kahin nahi bas aise hi" she gulped nervously " don't lie to me , sach btao anika"

" main apni dost se milne gayi thi, uska call aya tha subah. Vo yahan nhi thi jab humari shadi hui thi toh use pta nahi tha ki main ab vo purane ghar mei nahi rehti... toh bas milne gayi thi" anika keeps looking at shivaay waiting for him to say something but he just stands there quietly. Shivaay starts closing the space between them and holds her hand. Anika couldn't seem to understand what was going in his mind when suddenly she was in his arms. Shivaay hugging anika, hiding his face in her neck. Sparks and electricity shot through her, it happened to her everytime they touched. Anika hugged him back but not as tightly as shivaay was hugging her.

" tumhe pta hai na mujhe kitni chinta ho jati hai jab tum nhi dikhti ho mujhe. Itni baar tumhe marte marte dekha hai ki mujhe darr lagta hai anika." Anika was overwhelmed, this wasn't the first time he was saying something like this but something had changed, he seemed genuinely afraid. The great shivaay singh oberoi who wasn't afraid of anything was afraid of loosing her.

Shivaay moved his head back still holding onto her " mere saath raha karo, meri ... Meri aankhon ke saamne raha karo" "shivaay..." "nhi anika. Shh... aaj main tumpar bahot gussa tha. I was soo angry par jab mujhe pta chala ki tumhara accident... tum aaj se mere saath rehna, mere saamne har waqt"

"par shivaay aise kaise ho saqta hai , main har waqt aapke saamne kaise reh saqti hun? Itne kaam hote hain mujhe aur aapko bhi toh office jana hota hai" anika argued just to see what he is going to say

"kyun nahi reh saqti, tum Mrs shivaay singh oberoi ho, tum reh saqti ho mere saamne agar main chahu toh"

"har waqt toh main aapke saamne rehna mushkil hai shivaay, aapka chehra itna bhi accha nahi hai... par ek promise zarur kar saqti hu"

"main aapko chodh ke nahi jaungi, koi kuch bhi kahe main kahin nhi jaungi jabtak... Jabtak aap mujhe jaane ke liye nahi kehte" anika was getting teary eyed even thinking about ever leaving him.

Shivaay tightened his hold on her " maine tumse kaha tha na anika ki na mai kahin jaunga aur na tumhe kahin jaane doonga"

"pinky promise?" shivaay smiled "haan ! pinky promise" and they laughed.

Later that day

Everyone was sitting in the hall " oh my mata tia, tu thik hai na ab?"

"ji pinky mom main thik hun, don't worry"

"worrys kaise na karun , arre mera grands childs hai tere stomach mein, koi mazaak thodi hai. Agar kuch ho jata toh?"

"tia? Tia where are you" oberois turn to see Mrs kapoor entering. " I am here mom and I am fine" she assured her mom. " thank god mai toh darr hi gayi thi par yeh sab hua kaise?" mrs kapoor asks her and takes a seat.

"yeh sab uss manhoos anika ki wajah se hua hai" pinky said before tia could say anything. Anika was there but she couldn't say anything in front of pinky, that woman would never believe her . " mom please" shivaay warned pinky. " haan! Mujhe hi chup karao sab. Koi manta hi nhi hai ki jabse yeh ladki iss ghar mei aayi sab bura hi ho rha hai" pinky finished her rant. "chup kar pinky, jabse anika iss ghar mei aayi hai usne sabki madat hi ki hai, kabhi kisi ka bura nhi kiya. Aur aaj bhi bhagwaan ka shukra mna ki tia anika ki gadi ke saamne ayi, koi aur hota toh shayad hospital bhi nhi leke jata."

"pinky mom sorry but I agree with grandmom, mai dizzy feel kar rahi thi agar anika ki jagah koi aur hota toh maybe mai aaj yahan nhi hoti..(she looks at anika) so thankyou anika" tia said leaving pinky and anika stunned.

Anika thought "o bete ki! kya baat hai, iss cheapdi ki toh kuch hi ghanton mei kaya palat ho gayi" and said " thankyou kaisa tia, yeh toh mera farz tha aur koi aur bhi hota toh mai yehi karti"

And everything was fine once again for a while.

Where everyone in oberoi mansion was relaxing this woman's mind was racing. Mrs kapoor had accomplished a win again. She brought tia back in this house. First she made her assistant call anika and tell her that her shop was on an illegal land so that she would come running. She didn't plan her bringing a car but it gave more strength to her plan anyway. She mixed a medicine in tia's water so that when she would drink it, she'll get dizzy and fall on the road so that anika sees her but the accident did the same thing. She couldn't care less for tia's baby but it was the only way to stay in this house. Now her next step will be to throw anika out and ask shivaay to marry tia. (wicked smiles)
