Isn't Shivay already married with Tia?

According to the Media and outside world, he is already married to Tia, THEN what is the justification of marrying her again. I thought this wedding would be closed door one, but they are having full fledged ceremonies. I don't understand this logic? Did I miss anything?

I am hoping that ShiVika will get remarried so that world knows Anika as his wife.But I doubt it will happen. 😆
