The ending was bitter sweet. But was she right. Should she have chosen the man whom she had married in her heart or is saat phera and chutki bhaar sindoor important? Discuss...

It would have been logical if we saw her doubt herself and fall for her hubby during their journey but no, she made a U-turn right when she found her first love. It was anti-climatic to me.

I felt she chose Vanraj cos of sympathy and her duty as a wife . She was crazy for Sameer just 2 days ago and suddenly her feelings changed after Vanraj cared for her

The movie is a bit partial towards Vanraj IMO . Sameer could have easily eloped with Nandini but at the end he chose his loyalty to her father . Even when Nandini rejected him , his reaction wasnt extreme nor did he force her

I think she was trying to fulfil her duties as a wife. She was deeply in love with Sameer throughout the film but to walk out of a marriage when you are from such a traditional background may have felt like a burden when the push came to shove.

Nandini started feeling for Vanraj after being shot and she found it wrong to hurt his feelings when he has been an understanding and loving husband. On the other hand, I never felt Sameer truly loved Nandini compared to how much she loved him.

I actually felt that it was the other way around. Sameer had made a promise to Nadini's father and he stood by it. But he also waited for several days for her in India and kept writing to her (but the domestic help never gave the letters to her at that time). Sameer's feelings weren't explored much post the interval, but it seemed like he was constantly longing for her and was rather lonely and hurt.

Exactly its not as if he went to Italy and moved on with some other girl or completely forget her. What did ppl want? He should go and beat up her father like the masala movies 😆
