As for Shivaay I totally agree with what you said. He is having his cake and eating it too.

I am up for a substantial three dimensional villain, anyone actually just make them worth hating or connecting. If Shivaay's behaviour towards Anika is considered & if we say that Shakti & Tej were like him in their younger days, I can totally understand why they have so many enemies. His disregard for people who are even ready to die for him make me question Shivaay's businessman skills. Anika is like an asset that will be profitable for long time, keeping her happy in all ways possible can gain him life time of profits on all levels. And it is kind of easy. Like you said she is just asking for love & nothing else.

The thing was I actually sympathized with Tia when she ran off with Dushyant, when she was supposed to marry Shivaay. But her mother was downright evil and sent her right back to complete her mission. But Dushyant dying and her turn for worse was just flat to me.

Svetlana is still mildly interesting, especially when she saw Omkara is not the least intimidated by her. She had a good pawn in Tej, poised for big damage, but she went for Om instead. Why? WHy are the Oberoi brothers their target instead of the two seniors who wronged them? 😕

Saumya I feel is going to be a great villain. I just hope they don't make her as baseless as the NBs & their history. I was talking to a friend of mine who is new to IB. I explained her the plot & the first question she asks me is ' If Mrs. Kapoor has three daughters & one of them is married & other two are single, why risk pushing Tia towards Shivaay when she can actually use Svetlana or Romi to get married to Shivaay.' I was speechless bcoz I didn't think this at all. And here it shows they did it as a new plot twist bcoz they couldn't think of anything else.

It depends. Does this mean Gayathri is not dead? Because she was talking to her Ai so many times after her supposed death. Shivaay was about to be hauled into custody over it by ACP Randhawa, until Annika gave him an alibi.

Goodness, I forgot ACP Randhawa. And he's got Prinku in his clutches.

I just hope they don't do it to Saumya. I would actually like to see how Shivaay feels about what Saumya will do to the Oberois in the name of her family. Will he let her go, forgive her like he forgives himself for what he did to Anika in the name of family.

Even Leenesh aka Rudra said that you will new a new neha in IB-DBO in an interview so maybe the spoilers are true...
