Dharmendra and Sunny in 1980s?

Both real life father and son Dharmendra and Sunny Deol played heros in the 1980s at the same time, they romanced the same heroines, Dimple, Amrita Singh, SriDevi, Jaya Prada, Anita Raaj etc... and they played the same age too

My question is, has this ever happened anywhere else in bollywood? at any time/era? Most fathers tend to retire from romantic type roles, by the times their sons/daughters are making debut, but Dharmendra did not, he continued playing hero till the 90s

Interesting, you can actually add Prithvi Raj Kapoor and his son Raj Kapoor, they acted with a lot of same actresses in the 40's and 50's

As for Akshay Khanna, both of roles he played were in love with older women

But Dharmendra and Sunny have to be the most famous in doing this
