It was not only Geet who was eagerly waiting for Maan but Maan was very restless whole day ,, he had to finish some imp work so cdn't leave office ,, seeing Geet cabin empty his mood turned sour ,, Pinky was unable to find d ppr so he ordered her to sent an official letter to Geet to come nd clear her dispute to talk with her Srs nd boss ,, he told pinky to give that letter to him nd his driver wd handover to Geet ,, Pinky did that ,, to clear that mess he had to bring Geet in KC nd wd talk to pinky nd Shasa infront of her ,, before leaving KC he got call from d lawyer nd nd Maan thanked him with a smile ,, when he reached in FM he found Geet in corridor .
She almost run to him , stopped for sec close to him ,, she seemed very restless like him nd in swift move she hugged him wrapping her arms around his neck ,, he too reciprocated covetously to quench his whole day's yearning to have her in his arms ,, kissed on her shoulder , neck nd earlobe ,, she shivered nd hugged him more tightly moaning his name ,, he loved that eagerness from her side .
Maan whispered : missed me .
Geet hummed nd that satisfied him nd brought a soft smile on his lips ,, though they had talked for few min , but that was just to know their whereabouts nd lunch ,, Geet was restless bcoz of d truth which she got from IO ,, her anger for that NT nd Dev raised many folds ,, her heart cried for Maan ,, she urged to go near him, hide him somewhere to protect him from greedy leeches who wr ready to suck his blood .
Maan felt her restless nd parted : Geet r u ok ? any prob ?
Geet looked at him with moist eyes nd nodded in a no ,, but Maan noticed pain in her eyes .
Maan : what r u hiding sona , why this pain ?
Geet : Maan , i scared that someone'll snatch u from me ,, i cn't live without u .
Maan hugged her tightly : none cn part us Geet ,, u r a God gift to me ,, he bind us together ,, have faith in God nd ur Maan .
He gave her a full mouth kiss ,, he brought her in room ,, took out an envelop from his vest coat's pocket nd handed her .
Geet : what is this ?
Maan : as u demanded , an official letter from KC to sort out ur dispute .
Geet : Maan TM i cn't go KC , w wo i have to go court .
Maan with concern : i know that , nd i'll be there with u along with SU ,, Geet u won't come in front of them ,, SU nd i'll take care of everything ,, when we need u then i'll take u in front of magistrate.
Geet : Maan why r u coming there , think about ur repo .
Maan : Geet , everything is settled ,, u have to stay in a lawyer chamber in court premises , OK. Nd Ur repo is as imp as mine , so no more arguments ,, leave everything on me nd only think about ur Maan .( he leaned nd pecked on her lips )
Geet sighed nd hugged him sadly : don't know what'll happened TM?
Maan's eyes too grew darker remembering that his family too was coming to meet them , he was worried for Geet's reactions ,, with d small talk with his dad in KC , he got that his DM nd dad wr planning to part Dev from NT bcoz she was threatening nd BM him ,, to save him Dev too was ready to part nd wanted to runaway from this country ASAP ,, accepting DM nd Dad's condition was his only option ,, doing this he cd get in return for him otherwise he was on road , but Maan was not agree with that ,, again Dev was using ppl for his benefits ,, he did same in past now again , who knows what he wd do in future ? he was a criminal nd deserve punishment like NT deserve , he was d root cause of his , Geet's nd family's lose nd pain ,, though today he was happy that he found a gem like Geet nd got back his happiness , but Dev's brutal act cdn't be forgiven ,, he had to rot in jail with NT.
Maan sighed nd gulped d lump formed in his throat ,,once again d situation was very complicated for all.
Maan : Geet , will u keep me standing like this , won't ask about coffee or anything ,, i so much desired to have coffee with u .
Geet bite her tongue nd whispered sorry ,, Maan gave a disappointed look ,, Geet sadly looked at him .
Geet: u changed nd freshen up , i m just coming in few min ,, sorry again .
Maan : hhmm , not like this , u have to work harder .
Geet : now go nd let me go in , rest we'll think later .

She left nd he inwardly prayed to God to keep her happy like that ,, there outside Geet stopped , looked up nd prayed to her babaji to keep Maan happy like that .
They had their coffee together at terrace after that he disclose at her that his family was coming to meet them nd they'll take dinner with them ,, Geet took that lightly nd excused to take care of dinner for them ,, though it was also their home nd Nakul was there who knew about family taste but Geet thought to help him ,, Maan didn't stop her nd he too went down to check his remaining office work ,, his driver /BG kept files nd office bag in living hall,, after an hr he got d call from his Dad nd they informed him about their arrival ,, Maan secured his work nd came out to receive his family .
Elders Khurana arrived nd maan touched DM nd his parents's feet ,, all blessed him with a sad smile ,, their this son was a gift of God to them but he was suffering bcoz of their helplessness.
DM: where is Geet ?
Maan : in kitchen , she is helping Nakul in prep dinner for all .
Tanvi: so sweet of her , hope she talk to us normally ,, with u she is comfortable but not with us .
Maan : she'll be comfortable with u too Mom , come .
Tezi: hope she'll understand our helplessness .
Maan sighed , took DM hand nd brought them in living hall ,, he called Geet nd next sec she was at kitchen's door ,, she saw elders Khurana nd so they ,, Geet gave a soft smile nd came near them ,, to their surprise she touched DM's feet nd then Tezi nd Tanvi's ,, Maan gave her an adoring look ,, all d elders wr overwhelmed nd blessed her ,, Tanvi nd DM hugged her lovingly ,, NT never gave this respect nd happiness to them .
Tanvi: sorry beta we didn't bring anything for u ?
Geet : this is ur home then why this formality with ur children ?

Geet shied, smiled nd nodded in yes with lower head ,, Maan heart skipped a beat he looked at him lovingly nd all d elders noticed that love ,, DM cupped nd caressed Maan's cheek loving ,, Geet excused nd went in to bring water for all nd then served hot smoking starters ,, all liked them nd praised ,, though Geet was hesitating but trying her best to mingle with family ,, DM was sitting with Maan nd Geet was with Tanvi ,, both wr talking slowly nd Geet shyly replying ,, Maan's eyes wr adoring her ,, DM nd Tezi smiling seeing him so much in love with Geet.
Geet served dinner to all ,, Tanvi made her sit near Maan to have dinner with all ,, d family dinner was very satisfactory for all , with light talks they enjoyed that ,, then all came out in living hall near fireplace nd Geet served warm walnut brownie .
DM: i m not allow to eat sugar but for u i'll taste it beta .
Rest ate nd praised Geet's efforts ,, DM made Geet sit near her , took out her golden kangans nd kept in Geet's hands ,, Geet hesitated nd denied .
DM: this is ur shagun beta ,, my nd ur dadu's blessings to u ,, Maan's dadu gave me these nd now these belong to u ,, we r so happy for U nd Maan ,, God bless both of u all d happiness of life .
Tanvi : Geet we r waiting for that day when u'll come in KM with Maan .
Tezi: Geet beta my everything belongs to Maan nd to u nd in that there r my miseries too ,, as a father , nd parent we r d luckiest person to have children like u nd Maan , but we r sorry that we r giving u some pains too in our helplessness .
Maan startled nd looked at his Dad ,, d awaited reason of their visit came out ,, Geet too looked at Tezi confused ,, DM sighed nd looked down whereas Tanvi gave a sad look to Maan .
Tezi: Geet i want to talk about TM's case .
Maan pressed his eyes with hurt nd then looked at Geet ,, who was staring at Tezi .
Geet slowly : what do u want to talk ?
Tezi: Geet beta , Dev came to us ,,( Maan nd Geet's body shuddered with that name nd both looked at each other ) he pleaded to help him in NT's Case but we refused him ( Geet looked at him quietly ) ,, but NT is threatening him to drag him with her if he or we didn't help her in this case ,, we feared that if she'll do that nd to take revenge she opened Dev's old case then that cn open ur identity too ,, it cn harm Ur , Maan nd Khurana's respect again ,, Geet ,what do want nd will do if this situation comes ?
Geet remained quiet with lower head but her mind was running ,, Maan looked at her hurt ,, he didn't want that she felt forced to compromise again ,, it was her right to get justice he got up from her place nd came near her , knelt down infront of her nd held her hands which wr in her lap holding DM's kangans ,, Geet nd all looked at him .
Maan sadly : Geet ur free to take ur decision nd trust me that i m with u , never think that u r alone , Maan is besides u .
DM , Dad , plzz keep me out from all this , in this matter i m with Geet .
Saying that he walkout from there ,, Geet was deeply touched with his open support ,, she knew he loved his family a lot , bore many things against his wish , but today he stood with her .
Geet sadly looked at all one by one nd then asked to Tezi : what do u want from me ? Do u want that i deny if police asked about past crime done by ur elder son ? u want to make him free from that crime ?
Tezi: Geet beta , NT's case is diff nd we r with u ,, we don't support her nd want to punish her .
Geet ; if u want to punish NT then why not to ur son , both almost killed me , why spl discount to ur son ?

They come in nd Maan quietly joined her elders ,, Geet went in kitchen ,, all wr quiet nd lost in their own thoughts ,, they had their coffee nd then elders took leave ,, Geet req them to stay with them but they politely refused nd req her to come in KM to complete their family ,, they went back their ways .
Maan went back in his room nd geet helped nakul to secure kitchen ,, when she came back in room find Maan sleeping ,, she changed nd then came near him ,,adored him sleeping calmly ,, she covered him properly with blanket nd turned to go but she felt a hold over her wrist nd a pull ,, she trembled nd fell over him with a gasp ,, Maan held her from waist.
Maan : Where wr u going ?
Geet fumbled : wo , sone .
Maan : where ?
Geet: aammm, that side .
Maan : ku , etni dur ku ?
Geet hesitated : Maan we don't give name to our relation , nd this closeness ...
Maan : we had Geet , u nd me knew it nd our family too .

Geet hide her face in his chest ,, he turned side taking her in his arms ,, glued her close to him nd closed his eyes.. dare u part away.
Geet smiled nd snuggled more to him wraping her arms around his waist ,, both slept with peace , but d next day was full of happenings for them .
At said time Maan nd Geet reached in lawyer's chamber in court ,, Maan postponed all his meeting nd instructed Adi nd shasha to take care of work ,, D** Sharma too reached there meet with Geet nd Maan nd then went to meet other lawyer appointed for Geet ,, Maan met with lawyer nd then both went out ,, he called her after few min nd informed that police had brought NT in court along with few more criminals ,, let her say what she wanted , then he'll call her if needed otherwise he nd SU wd handle ,, Geet agreed ,, she cdn't make hhim angry , but she was eager to know what NT confessed in front of lawyer nd judge ?
Geet attatched her headphone with phone nd set her other phone ( spl which Dept provided her ) now she cd listen Maan talk if he had his phone out from his pocket or in hand ,, she was not getting proper voices bcoz of noise around Maan ,, near an hr passed ,, she was getting impatient sitting alone in chamber ,, 2-3 Jr lawyers wr working there nd few clients visited ,, after a long wait Maan came with that lawyer nd placed few pprs in front of her,, geet removed her earphones nd kept all d things in her bag ,, Maan sat next to her nd handed her his pen .
Maan seriously : Geet i need ur sign on these ppr , SU nd i had done , but need urs too .
Geet curious : what is this for ?
Maan : we have to deposit in court for legal process ,, do it fast d man in magistrate office is waiting for us ,, these pprs have to be sign today by that magistrate .
Maan showed d place she had to sign nd Geet did that ,, she saw Maan nd SU signs there too ,, Maan beamed nd thanked her ,, he handed those pprs to that lawyer nd then called SU who was in criminal court ,, d info which SU gave him brought a smile on his face ,, Geet looked at him curiously ,, she waited to end d call nd when he finished d call Geet started her Q bank.
Geet : Maan what is happening there , why u r not allowing me to visit there ? what U nd SU r cooking ? i m not getting anything.
Maan held her hand : sshhh, chup , calm down ,, we'll tell u everything , wait .
Geet annoyed : that i m doing from one nd half hr .
Maan smiled : Geet SU was telling NT's condition when she didn't find any support for her ,, her dear husband doesn't come nd not even hire a lawyer for her ,, court appoint a lawyer for her to put her case in court , but in real that lawyer will fight for us too,, setting baby.
Geet seriously : Maan , i don't want that lady out from jail .
Maan : she won't .
Geet : i want to talk SU .
Maan : he'll call us , wait.
Maan called Adi to get report from KC ,, he talk to him on various business matters ,, one more hr passed ,, it was going hard for Geet to sit there like that ,, she was glaring at Maan nd twisting her lips ,, Maan was only passing smiles ,, after few more mnts ,, d lawyer came there nd handed Maan some pprs in a brown envelope ,, shake his hand with him nd congratulated him nd then wished Geet nd congratulated her too ,, Maan nd Geet thanked him but Geet was confused that why he wished her that way ? Maan handed him a white packet,, Geet took that his case fee ,, Maan kept d envelope in his office bag ,, he got SU's call nd he told him to bring Geet in judge's office ,, Maan nd Geet went there ,, her lawyer was there with SU ,, d judge asked few Qs from Geet ,, Maan nd SU gave his witness ,, he sent them giving next date for hearing .
