If ur asking about the song that was played on Dhruv's engagement then it was the medley song from Hum Saath Saath Hai..

Mauja hi Mauja was played on Gauri's b'day if i'm not wrong.

i don't know if this is actually a song or a tune the kaa directors made but if it is a song or theme tune plz tellme the name. it's played in the scenes when nikhila remembers shiv as a baby and shes playing with him
