OT: Rangoon has absolutely no buzz. So i dont see this being a commercial success so Kangu stop with your drama and promote the film with Saif and Shahid. Its their film as well.

Even if Shahid is filming for Padmavati, I think the film production can manage two weeks of Shahid promoting the film with her as that's the norm nowadays. No one promotes more than 2 weeks.

Blind is not gospel truth but the situation is

Only VB is talking about films and the hard time he got during the filming

Kangy is talking about HR

Saif and Shahid are in news because of baby/fatherhood and Padmavati

So clearly Rangoon marketing at the moment is riding on Kangana

Kr wholeheartedly promoted katti batti where she had merely 20 mins role. To iss bar to Woh puri film mein dekhegi na, issiliye enthusiasm jyada hai us ki. OTherwise she cant afford to make such high demands in front of seniors like vb, sk and sak. Both saif and sahid are vishal's favourite actors. They have had successful collaborations before. Rangoon was initially made headlines for saif and vb coming together after lyagra tyagi and sahid vb together after haider . Kangna's addition was like the cherry on the cake.
