As far as tattoo bringing pain and bleeding then lemme remind you Maya's name tattoo is not the FIRST tattoo on Arjun's body. His one of the hand has bigger and thicker tattoo and so does Maya have another tattoo on her leg. So that means ArTa are USED to this tattoo thing.

If Vandana had no problem of that bigger tattoo on Arjun's hand then why does she have a problem now?

The most disgusting part is kundli. In real life, no one cares for the kundli in love marriage. In fact, some familiesdon't look at the horoscopes even in arranged marriages. If the guy and the girl love each other, the families will proceed further. There are so many couples who are happily married without checking the horoscopes. I'm literally losing interest in this wedding drama. Arjun deserves a chipku wife like Saanjh who will babysit him to the extent that he will get suffocated.
