This day is a celebration of the Indian Constitution, which is interestingly the longest in the world.
The Indian Constitution is a wonder in itself, given that it caters to the need of the extremely diverse sections of the Indian society. And it successfully covers almost all aspects of importance, all credit to it's brilliant makers.
The Republic Day is also an occasion to pledge respect to our Constitution. To not only be aware and protect our rights, but also to never back off from the duties that it obliges us with. We cannot don artillery and safeguard the borders, but we sure can don values and be protectors of the Constitution.
Let us hope India continues to prosper and reach greater heights, and that we can play our part in it's growth. Jai Hind!
