I was told that mods said couple ATs can only be opened post-marriage (after asking permission) 🤔 😊

Yes, it doesn't matter if they are going to get married. The actual wedding episode should be done with before the Mod will give permission.

Anjale tried and that's what she was told.

Just have to be patient.
